On 09/17/2026 at 0951 hours, I was sent to 436 E. College Street Jackson, Butts County, Georgia on a suspicious call.
I made contact with Mr. Mixon sitting in front of the library. The employees at the library complained Mr. Mixon was homeless and slept on the bench in front of the building. I ask Mr. Mixon name and he said Matthew. Mr. Mixon then lowered his head and refused to give his last name. After a bit of time Mr. Mixon told me is last name, but he came back not on file through NCIC/GCIC. I ask Mr. Mixon’s what state was his identification out of. Mr. Mixon refused to give that information.
I placed Mr. Mixon under arrest and charged him with disorderly conduct county ordinance 58-66(20). Mr. Mixon was transported to the Butts County jail without incident.
