On February 3, 2026, at 1953 hours, I, Cpl. Kirby responded to a domestic at 102 Royal Crown Court. Dispatch advised a male had spat on the complainant and left in a gray Nissan with a license plate that starts with “[REDACTED]” and ends with “[REDACTED]”.
While en route to the Crown Inn, I passed a gray Nissan Sedan. I turned around, got behind the Nissan, and observed a Georgia License Plate which was “[REDACTED]”. I would initiate a traffic stop on the vehicle because it matched the description given by dispatch. The vehicle would come to a stop at Billy Bob’s (811 South Park Street).
I would approach the driver’s side window and speak to Dadrian Daniel. I would ask Dadrian to step out of the vehicle, and he did. I would tell Dadrian my reason for the traffic stop and begin to question him about what happened at the Crown Inn, Dadrian would state the following:
- He pulled into the parking lot to park of the Crown Inn, and after he got out, he asked someone who parked in a parking spot.
- This would spark an argument between him and Autriana over the parking spot that Autriana parked in. This argument would move to the doorway of his room, room [REDACTED].
- During this argument, Autriana would spit at Dadrian and hold back a punch as if she was about to strike him, but did not.
- Dadrian would deny spitting at Autriana.
It was found that Dadrian had an active warrant through the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear. I would detain Dadrian in double-locking handcuffs to the rear. Fulton County would place a hold on Dadrian, and I placed Dadrian under arrest.
I would speak to [WITNESS #1], who is Dadrian’s sister. [WITNESS #1] would corroborate Dadrian’s story that Autriana spat at Dadrian.
Ofc. Accord and Ofc. Mills were at the Crown Inn and arrested Autriana. They would transport Autriana to the Carroll County Jail. I transported Dadrian to the Carroll County Jail. Dadrian did not wish to prosecute. Autriana wished to prosecute.
[End of Narrative]
