On February 10, 2026, at approximately 1307 hours, I responded to 1355 South Park Street (Kroger) in reference to a female kicking vehicles and knocking over items inside the store.

Upon my arrival, I spoke to [WITNESS #1], who is an employee at Kroger. [WITNESS #1] advised that the female (Brittany Camp) had knocked over items inside the store and kicked a vehicle’s tire when she exited the store. [WITNESS #1] advised that she wanted Brittany trespassed.

After speaking with [WITNESS #1], I went to speak to Brittany. Brittany could not answer my questions and appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance. When asked the last time she did meth, she advised it was a long time ago. While talking to Brittany, she could not stand still and appeared to be stumbling. She did not answer the majority of my questions, but rather would ramble about random names and constantly take small steps around, refusing to stand still while talking with her. When speaking with Brittany, she also kept her eyes closed the majority of the time and would not look at me, but continuously rambled.

Brittany was asked if she felt like harming herself or others, to which she replied she did not. I then advised Brittany to place her hands behind her back, and I placed Brittany into double locked handcuffs, which were checked for proper fit. Brittany was then advised that she was under arrest for disorderly conduct and she was issued a trespass warning from Kroger. Brittany was transported to the Carroll County Jail without incident.
