On 03/06/2026 at 0128 hours, I was dispatched to 210 Adamson Square (Irish Bred Pub) in reference to an active fight. Due to the threat of injury and the common escalation of large fights in the area of Adamson Square, I activated my emergency lights and sirens in my marked patrol car and started en route. I arrived on scene in my marked patrol car at approximately 0129 hours and noticed a large crowd gathering in the area of 109 Newnan Street (City Tavern).
I identified a male who was walking away among police presence, and he stated that he observed a fight, but was not sure who it was.
I was then advised that the involved parties had relocated to the area of 203 Tanner Street (Tanner Street Parking Deck). As I relocated in my marked patrol vehicle, I noticed a light in color sedan on the second floor and noticed several legs running around it through the obscured view.
I parked behind the gray Honda Civic bearing a GA Tag – [REDACTED] and activated my emergency blue lights. I noticed the vehicle was occupied by three females, later identified as Yvonne Watkins (front passenger seat), Jykeer Bryant (driver’s seat), and [REDACTED] (rear seat). I advised Dispatch I was out with the vehicle and approached the driver’s side. I told Jykeer to step out of the vehicle. I was immediately met with the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. As Jykeer walked towards me, this odor began emanating from him. I noticed there were several fresh lacerations to Jykeer’s elbows and legs. I also noticed that Jykeer’s hairpiece seemed to be torn from Jykeer’s head.
The following is a summary of my interview with Jykeer and should not be considered exact statements.
- Jykeer stated that a group of girls approached him, Brooklyn Ward, and Yvonne Watkins in the Irish Bred Pub, attempting to start a dispute.
- Jykeer stated outside the bar that he and other females got into a physical altercation with a light-skinned girl in a ponytail after a punch was thrown.
- Jykeer admitted to pushing individuals in the fight.
- When Jykeer allowed me to get his wallet out of the car, I noticed there were several open Cutwater-branded alcoholic beverages in the vehicle.
I then noticed Yvonne Watkins had several fresh scrape marks on her back and shoulder. I then began my interview with Yvonne. The following is a summary of said interview and should not be considered exact statements.
- Yvonne stated that he was in a disagreement with a female over her ex-boyfriend.
- Yvonne stated she arrived on scene because she heard of a fight.
- When she arrived on scene, a fight ensued during which she said she was attacked and began to defend herself.
- Yvonne stated she then blacked out with anger during the fight.
I was informed by officers that Yvonne was seen on video provoking a fight with a female, later identified as Brooklyn Ward, whom Yvonne stated was a friend of the female she was having a dispute with. The video showed Yvonne being held back by several individuals while screaming and yelling towards Brooklyn.
I placed Yvonne in handcuffs that were double locked and checked for fit, advised her she was under arrest, and placed her in the rear of my marked patrol car. I advised Yvonne of her Miranda Warning, and she stated she had two alcoholic drinks (Cutwaters) and confirmed she is 20 years of age. As Yvonne spoke, I detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from her face.
There was a third female located in the vehicle, later identified as [REDACTED], and I did not see any visible physical injuries. I was informed by officers that [REDACTED] was not directly involved in the altercation.
After advising Jykeer of his Miranda Warning, I asked if he had anything to drink. Jykeer stated he drank two Cutwaters and a Vodka Cran. As Jykeer spoke, I detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his face.
Yvonne, Jykeer, and Brooklyn were transported to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, where they were turned over to their custody at approximately 0202 hours.
