On 12/27/2025, I responded to [80 BLOCK] Park West Drive in reference to a domestic dispute.

Upon arrival, I made contact with Camren Wilbanks and [VICTIM #1], who were standing on the front porch. Both Wilbanks and [VICTIM #1] were visibly bruised and had scratches.

I initially spoke with both parties. Wilbanks stated he wanted to leave the residence but was unable to do so because [VICTIM #1] allegedly had his phone. [VICTIM #1] stated she did not have Wilbanks’s phone and did not know where it was.

I asked [VICTIM #1] to step to the front of my patrol vehicle to speak with me further, which she did. I again asked [VICTIM #1] if she had Wilbanks’s phone, and she again denied having it. [VICTIM #1] stated that while they were inside Wilbanks’s vehicle, she did have his phone but returned it to him after Wilbanks bit her in the face.

I then spoke with Wilbanks regarding the incident. Wilbanks stated he and [VICTIM #1] had been involved in a physical altercation earlier that morning, for which night-shift deputies had responded. Wilbanks stated [VICTIM #1] had been drinking alcohol and became emotional, which led to an argument. Wilbanks stated [VICTIM #1] struck him and pulled his hair, and they began fighting each other. Wilbanks stated that after the altercation, he walked away from the residence to calm down and later returned. Upon his return, [VICTIM #1] advised she was calling 911. Wilbanks stated he left the residence before deputies arrived and was later located at another residence. Wilbanks stated deputies separated them and provided him a ride to the Circle K. Wilbanks stated his father later picked him up and transported him to retrieve his vehicle in Bremen.

Wilbanks stated [VICTIM #1] later contacted him wanting to retrieve items she had previously given him. Wilbanks stated he met [VICTIM #1] in Bremen, where another domestic dispute occurred. Wilbanks stated Bremen Police Department responded and spoke with both parties before clearing the scene. Wilbanks stated [VICTIM #1] then demanded he drive her to [80 BLOCK] Park West Drive or she and her friends would assault him. Wilbanks stated he complied and drove [VICTIM #1] to [80 BLOCK] Park West Drive. Wilbanks stated that after arriving, they began arguing again and [VICTIM #1] took his phone. Wilbanks stated he instructed [VICTIM #1] to return his phone, but she refused. Wilbanks stated he grabbed [VICTIM #1]’s shirt and again instructed her to give the phone back. Wilbanks stated [VICTIM #1]’s friends exited the residence, and [VICTIM #1] exited the vehicle and walked inside with his phone. Wilbanks stated he wished to press charges on [VICTIM #1].

I spoke with [VICTIM #1] again. [VICTIM #1] stated she and Wilbanks had an argument earlier that morning during which Wilbanks took her phone and ran down the road. [VICTIM #1] stated she followed him until he ran into the woods. [VICTIM #1] stated Wilbanks later returned, and they began fighting. [VICTIM #1] stated she called 911 after the fight, and Wilbanks left prior to deputies’ arrival. [VICTIM #1] stated deputies arrived and later located Wilbanks at another residence.

[VICTIM #1] stated she later contacted Wilbanks to retrieve her property and met him in Bremen. [VICTIM #1] stated another domestic dispute occurred after Wilbanks informed her he no longer wanted to be in a relationship. [VICTIM #1] stated Bremen Police Department responded, spoke with both parties, and cleared the scene. [VICTIM #1] stated Wilbanks refused to return her property but agreed to do so if she allowed him to drive her back to [80 BLOCK] Park West Drive, which she agreed to.

[VICTIM #1] stated upon returning to [80 BLOCK] Park West Drive, they began arguing again. [VICTIM #1] stated Wilbanks took her phone, at which point she took his phone. [VICTIM #1] stated she demanded her phone back and Wilbanks complied. [VICTIM #1] stated she then refused to return Wilbanks’s phone. [VICTIM #1] stated Wilbanks bit her in the face below her right eye. [VICTIM #1] stated she returned the phone, exited the vehicle, and went inside the residence. [VICTIM #1] stated Wilbanks later entered the residence and demanded his phone back. [VICTIM #1] stated she informed him she did not have the phone and had already returned it. [VICTIM #1] stated Wilbanks then called 911.

I spoke with [WITNESS #1], who stated she did not witness the physical altercation between Wilbanks and [VICTIM #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated she observed them arguing inside Wilbanks’s vehicle prior to our arrival. [WITNESS #1] stated she instructed [VICTIM #1] to exit the vehicle and go inside the residence. [WITNESS #1] stated [VICTIM #1] exited the vehicle, placed Wilbanks’s phone on the passenger seat, and went inside. [WITNESS #1] stated Wilbanks entered the residence shortly afterward and demanded his phone back before later calling 911.

I later spoke with [WITNESS #1] by phone. [WITNESS #1] advised she had a video of a fight between Wilbanks and [VICTIM #1] and stated she would email the video to me.

I spoke with [WITNESS #2], who stated she was unaware of what occurred inside the vehicle prior to my arrival. [WITNESS #2] stated she did not know whether [VICTIM #1] had Wilbanks’s phone. [WITNESS #2] stated she did not witness the beginning of the altercation but did observe Wilbanks and [VICTIM #1] fighting.

Sergeant Hutcheson spoke by phone with [WITNESS #3], [VICTIM #1]’s guardian. [WITNESS #3] advised [VICTIM #1] left his residence without permission and stated he wished to press charges against Camren Wilbanks for punching [VICTIM #1].

Sergeant Hutcheson contacted juvenile intake and was advised they would not accept [VICTIM #1] and to release her to her guardian, [WITNESS #3].

Wilbanks was placed under arrest and transported to the Carroll County Jail for holding. While inside of the jail, Wilbanks informed me he lived with [VICTIM #1] at [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] East head Avenue, Buchanan, Georgia 30113

All photographs taken on scene are attached to this report under the “Other Links” section. At the time of this report, the video from [WITNESS #1] has not been received.
