On February 6, 2025, at approximately 15:35 hours, I was advised by dispatch to respond to Tanner Villa Rica in response to an assault that occurred around 13:00 hours. I originally investigated the assault on Rainey Road, as a very intoxicated Christopher Chadwell had wrecked his truck. I explained to Christopher at that time that he would be considered the offender in the incident, and the victim did not want a report or to press charges.

Walking into Tanner Villa Rica’s emergency room, I immediately heard “fu*k you, you stupid fu*king b*tch” coming from Christopher. Entering the room, I observed a nurse being yelled at and cursed at by Christopher. I advised him to calm down, as he was disturbing the peace and preventing doctors from caring for patients in a full emergency room. Christopher continued to yell and use vulgar language, causing the doctor to finally stop attending to other patients and come to him, along with the nurses.

I handcuffed Christopher and advised him that he was under arrest for disorderly conduct due to his actions and disturbing the peace. The doctor closed up the wound on Christopher’s head from the wreck. Christopher was transported to Carroll County Jail for booking.
