On 10/29/2025 at approximately 1200 hrs., I responded to a domestic dispute between the complainant/victim, [VICTIM #1], and her sister-in-law/offender, CJ Wilson. Prior to arrival, I was advised that CJ had left the property and was possibly enroute to Cedartown, Georgia.

Upon arrival, I noticed a tire mark in the grass beside the gravel driveway that led to a small power station of some sort that was damaged (laying over with broken power outlets). I photographed the damage as it appeared to be fresh. I was approached by [VICTIM #1] in the driveway and she made a comment similar to “you already found the damage she caused”. We moved to the front porch of the residence due to the rain. [VICTIM #1] began explaining that CJ showed up to the incident location unannounced. [VICTIM #1] heard someone in her gravel driveway and when she looked to see who it was, she recognized CJ’s car. [VICTIM #1] thought that it may have been her brother, [REDACTED], driving. [VICTIM #1] walked out to meet the driver in the driveway and found that it was CJ. [VICTIM #1] advised that CJ was upset and calling her names. [VICTIM #1] started recording the encounter with her phone. No audio can be heard in the video (unknown reasons).

[VICTIM #1] stated that CJ never got out of her car but she was waving a handgun while she was yelling and pointed the handgun at [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] was standing at CJ’s driver’s side door during this altercation. [VICTIM #1] stated that CJ was calling her a bad mother while she was pointing the gun at her. After the verbal altercation, [VICTIM #1] stated that she walked toward the roadway while CJ was turning around and as CJ was pulling out of the driveway she bumped [VICTIM #1] with her vehicle (Red 2018 Fiat Spider convertible GA Tag# [REDACTED]). [VICTIM #1] did not mention any injuries but mentioned that she believes CJ was trying to run her over. CJ left and [VICTIM #1] called 911.

Backstory: [REDACTED] and CJ have custody of [VICTIM #1]’s children in Cedartown, Georgia. Last night, I was advised that the oldest 2 children tried to run away from the Cedartown home. [VICTIM #1] was contacted by CJ to come pick up the oldest child because it was unruly. [VICTIM #1] stated that she does have visitation rights on Friday- Sunday. [VICTIM #1] was unable to go to Cedartown immdiately; however, she did make the trip later in the night and arrived at the Cedartown home around 0030 hrs. this morning. [VICTIM #1] stated she was there for approximately 4 hours and no one came out.

[VICTIM #1]’s cellphone video (no audio): While viewing the cellphone video of the altercation, I saw the driver of the red vehicle identified as CJ making exaggerated arm and head movements that appeared as if she was yelling at [VICTIM #1] from the driver’s seat. She would roll the window up and down. I saw a handgun in CJ’s right hand that appeared to be pink and silver in color. CJ’s right index finger was curled inside of the trigger guard and she appeared to be pointing the gun at [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] remembers CJ calling her a bad mother during this exchange of words.

I provided [VICTIM #1] with my email address on a case card with my name and badge number. I advised [VICTIM #1] to send any other videos she may have to my email address to be attached to this report. The damaged property belongs to [VICTIM #1]’s boyfriend’s father, [REDACTED]. [VICTIM #1] advised that the damaged property was expensive but did not provide an estimate.
