On the above date and time I was dispatched to the above address in reference to a domestic dispute and her son had two knifes but one of his friends had taken the knifes away and he is now downstairs.
Upon arrival I spoke to [VICTIM #1] and she advised that she locked her house up last night and her son Corey Hutter had not returned home. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that this morning she heard a loud noise and Corey was walking through the house. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that she later found out that Corey’s sister [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had let him into the residence and he went downstairs. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that a she heard another noise coming from Corey’s room and the next thing she knew Corey had came upstairs and grabbed two knifes from the kitchen and held one in each of his hands. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that due to the way Corey was acting she did not want to move in fear of what Corey might do. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that she tried to get Corey to put the knifes down and he refused and started making threats to stab [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and her friend [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that one of Corey’s friends [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came upstairs and was able to get the knifes from him and they went back to the basement. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advised that she was scared due to the way Corey was acting that she locked the door to the basement so he could not come back up stairs and she locked herself in her bedroom until we arrived.
I spoke to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she advised that she was in her room and she woke up when her friend [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came into her room. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she just heard some yelling coming from the kitchen area and was not sure what was being said.
I spoke to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she advised that she was in the basement with her boyfriend [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she was asleep on the bed. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she got woke up and she saw Corey and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] fighting. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she attempted to get them separated and she was unable to so she started hitting Corey until he let [REDACTED BY AGENCY] go. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she went upstairs and went into her friend [REDACTED BY AGENCY] room and shut the door. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that she could hear yelling coming from the kitchen area but she could not understand what was being said.
I went downstairs and I spoke to Corey and he advised that he and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were play fighting each other and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] girlfriend [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was asleep on the bed. Corey advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] got woke up and thought they were fighting and she started hitting him in the head until they separated. Corey advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went upstairs and he went upstairs after her and they started yelling until she went into his sister room. I asked Corey if he got a knife and started making threats and he advised that he did not and after [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went into the room he went back downstairs. I placed handcuffs on Corey behind his back and double locking them checking for fit and I placed him in the backseat of my patrol unit.
I went back into the residence and I spoke to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and he advised that Corey and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] started play fighting and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] got woke up and started hitting Corey cause she thought they were actually fighting with each other. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that once Corey and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] separated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] started up the stairs and Corey took off after her and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went up the stairs after Corey. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised a short time later Corey came back downstairs.
I spoke to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she advised that Corey asked him if he wanted to play fight and he agreed. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that he and Corey started play fighting and it woke up [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she must have thought that they were actually fighting with each other cause she started hitting Corey in the head telling him to let go. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went up stairs and Corey took off after her and he went after Corey. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that once he got upstairs Corey had grabbed two kitchen knifes and had one in each hand and his mother was on the other side of the kitchen trying to get Corey to put the knifes down and he refused to do so. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that he was able to talk to Corey and was able to get him to put the knifes down and they went back down stairs.
I spoke to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and he advised that Corey had asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if he wanted to play fight and he agreed. [REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] got woke up and she thought that they were actually fighting and she started hitting Corey in the head until he let [REDACTED BY AGENCY] go. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went upstairs and Corey took off after her and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went after Corey. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that he could hear yelling but was not sure what was being said and a short time later Corey and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came back down stairs.
I went to my patrol unit and I advised Corey that he was under arrest for aggravated assault and two counts of terroristic threats and acts. I transported Corey to the Carroll County jail and I filled out a victim notification information. I secured warrants on Corey for aggravated assault and two counts of terroristic threats and acts and I went back in service.
