On February 6, 2025, I Officer Powell responded to the PD in reference to Walk-In.
Upon my arrival, I met with my complainant, [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] advised she received a text message from a friend, [REDACTED], who advised she received a nude photo of [VICTIM #1] from Danielle Hunt. [VICTIM #1] advised the nude photo displayed her buttocks. [VICTIM #1] advised her face was not displayed in the photo. [VICTIM #1] advised the photo was taken between the months of February and March 2022.
[VICTIM #1] advised Danielle Hunt took photos of her nude body without her consent during a spray tanning session. [VICTIM #1] advised the tanning session took place at Danielle’s mobile tanning business, which is located at her residence of [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [VICTIM #1] advised she was unaware the photos were being taken, due to Danielle capturing the photos while spraying [VICTIM #1]’s body. [VICTIM #1] advised she is not confident that [REDACTED] was the only individual that received the nude photo. [VICTIM #1] advised she was able to identify her body in the photo by a tattoo she has on her lower back.
[VICTIM #1] advised that on 2/6/2025, she created a Facebook post advising whoever was sending out the nude photo of her, to take it down. [VICTIM #1] advised she stated in her post that she would take legal actions against the offender. [VICTIM #1] advised she did not list any names or tag anyone in the post. [VICTIM #1] advised Danielle contacted her stating, “You cannot lie on me and say that about my business.” [VICTIM #1] found this to be puzzling to her, because she did not list Danielle’s name in the post. Danielle contacted [VICTIM #1] with the assumption the post was about her. [VICTIM #1] advised she blocked Danielle and would allow law enforcement to get involved.
[VICTIM #1] advised Danielle owns a mobile spray tanning business called Peachy Tans.
The nude photo was not added to this report at this time. The photo is still located on [VICTIM #1]’s phone for if CID request to have it. [VICTIM #1] completed a statement form and the form will be uploaded to the report and in the CID box.
