On the above date at 0824 hours, I was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Sixth Street apartment [REDACTED] in reference to a brother and sister getting into a dispute and the brother being on top of the sister choking her to where she could not breathe.

Upon arrival, Officer Singley and Officer Boswell made entry into the residence where there were multiple people. The primary resident, [VICTIM #1], along with other residents were saying [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon Graham were causing trouble. Officer Singley was escorting [REDACTED] outside and Officer Boswell was escorting Da’Rhon outside. Once outside, I saw Da’Rhon physically resist Officer Boswell and I assisted in getting Da’Rhon under arrest by holding Da’Rhon’s legs to where he was unable to get up.

Once Da’Rhon was detained. The residents of the house complied with waiting outside while officers cleared the residence. Once the residence was cleared, I interviewed [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] played a video of a brief part of the incident where at the beginning of the video I could hear Da’Rhon tell [VICTIM #2] something involving “you just won’t be able to breathe” while he was on top of her and [VICTIM #2]’s eyes were wide and she was breathing very heavily and quickly, seeming like she was trying to catch her breath.

[WITNESS #1] said it started with [REDACTED] who was being drunk, loud, and aggressive. [WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon were playing music very loudly in a room when a lot of others were trying to sleep. [WITNESS #1] told me the homes primary resident, [VICTIM #1], went to the room and told [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon to turn the music down and [REDACTED] began telling [VICTIM #1] that she is not putting him out and arguing with her. [WITNESS #1] said Da’Rhon then started defending [REDACTED] in the argument. [WITNESS #1] said [VICTIM #2] (victim) then came out of a room and started defending her mom, [VICTIM #1].

[WITNESS #1] told me [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon were being aggressive towards [VICTIM #1] and pushing her. [WITNESS #1] told me “they” walked back to the room and she was sitting on the couch but could still see down the hallway. [WITNESS #1] said the next the she knew she heard a bunch of banging and screaming and everybody gathered around the room. [WITNESS #1] stated when she could see what was going on, [VICTIM #2] was on the ground and Da’Rhon was on top of her, choking her. [WITNESS #1] told me [VICTIM #2] was crying, saying she could not breathe and begging her mother, [VICTIM #1], for help. [WITNESS #1] said nobody could get Da’Rhon off of her. [WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon do not live there and that they are visiting.

[VICTIM #1] said she was the homeowner and that “this” has been going on since last night. [VICTIM #1] stated [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon have been drinking and have not gone to sleep. [VICTIM #1] told me she hides her beers in her room so [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon will not drink them. [VICTIM #1] said [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon had somehow gotten three to four bottles of “Mad Dog”. [VICTIM #1] said [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon turned the music up really loud in the room they were in and most of the other people in the house were still asleep.

[VICTIM #1] stated she turned the fuse box off for the room [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon were in, expecting them to take it as a warning, and then turned it back on. [VICTIM #1] told me [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon just turned the music up loud again. [VICTIM #1] said [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon then began beat boxing on the walls, being loud again and she told them to stop doing that. [VICTIM #1] stated her daughter, [VICTIM #2], woke up to see why she was hollering.

[VICTIM #1] told me Da’Rhon came out in the hall and sucker punched [VICTIM #2] in the stomach and she hit him back. [VICTIM #1] said [VICTIM #2] was sitting on her bed trying to catch her breath when Da’Rhon punched her in the stomach again. [VICTIM #1] stated [VICTIM #2] then hit Da’Rhon with a frying pan that was in her room and Da’Rhon slammed her to the ground, sat on her, and was choking her. [VICTIM #1] said she was trying all she could to get Da’Rhon off of [VICTIM #2], but he was too big and heavy.

[VICTIM #1] told me [REDACTED] then came to the room, acting like he wanted to fight “us”. [VICTIM #1] stated [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon pushed her a couple of times but she was not worried about it. [VICTIM #1] said she did not want to press charges, but did not want [REDACTED] or Da’Rhon at her house anymore. [VICTIM #1] told me she did not want them to be served with a criminal trespass notice and just did not want [REDACTED] or Da’Rhon to come back. [VICTIM #1] said [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon have been there since Friday (09-05-2025) and that they normally stay in Atlanta.

[VICTIM #2] said she came out of the room because “they” woke her up out of her sleep. [VICTIM #2] said she woke up to arguing because her mom, [VICTIM #1], was trying to tell [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon to calm down and go to bed because they were being loud. [VICTIM #2] said [REDACTED] and Da’Rhon were being very disrespectful to [VICTIM #1], and she was trying to get them to calm down. [VICTIM #2] said she went to [VICTIM #1]’s room because that is where they were going.

[VICTIM #2] said her brother, Da’Rhon came and punched her in the chest. [VICTIM #2] said she grabbed a pot and hit Da’Rhon in the head (thinking he was going to hit her again), and he grabbed her and choked her to the ground and kept choking her while on the ground. [VICTIM #2] said she felt like she was going to pass out while Da’Rhon was choking her, and nobody could get him off of her. [VICTIM #2] said she and Da’Rhon lived together in the past.

[VICTIM #2] had a very raspy voice that sounded like she was losing her voice while I was interviewing her. [VICTIM #2] had a dark mark on the right side of her neck along with a visible red mark. [VICTIM #2] had a little blood on her left nostril where her nose ring was knocked out of her nose during the altercation. [VICTIM #2] also had a red scratch-looking mark on her left arm. [VICTIM #2] wants to prosecute. [VICTIM #2] was given a victim notification card.

This falls under the Georgia Family Violence act due to [VICTIM #2] and Da’Rhon being siblings and living together in the past. Officer Boswell transported Da’Rhon to the Carroll County Jail. [REDACTED] was not arrested due to [VICTIM #1] not wanting to press charges. [REDACTED] was verbally warned that [VICTIM #1] did not want him back on her property and that he was not to come back. Warrants have been typed in Anywhere Warrant. Pictures of the incident, a video of the incident, a scan of the Al sheet, and pictures of [VICTIM #2] have been attached to this report.
