On 11/15/2025 at 20:24 hours, I was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Brumbelow Road (Carrollton Walk Apartments) Apartment [REDACTED] for a dispute in progress. Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1] (victim/complainant) and [WITNESS #1] (witness).

[VICTIM #1] stated that her and her ex-boyfriend, Elijah Cook (offender/arrested), had broken up a few days prior and were having a conversation at the bottom of the steps. Elijah then got mad over property not being returned and started to chase her up the steps with a drink in his hand. While in front of apartment [REDACTED], Elijah took the lid off the drink and threw it on [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that he mixed food into the drink and showed that he had some food particles in her hair.

I spoke with Elijah in front of Apartment [REDACTED], who stated that he did let his emotions get out of control during the argument, and that he threw the drink at [VICTIM #1]. He denied having mixed food in the drink. Elijah stated that the argument was over her refusing to give a shoe and a computer of his back. The computer was retrieved and returned to Elijah.

[VICTIM #1] wished for it to be noted that Elijah had broken her iPad about three days prior. Elijah told responding officers later that [VICTIM #1] had shoved him during the argument, which [VICTIM #1] denied.

[VICTIM #1] wishes to prosecute.

Elijah was placed in handcuffs, checked for fit, double-locked, and placed in the back of my patrol vehicle.

A copy of the citation and the arrest information sheet are attached in the linked files tab.

Images of [VICTIM #1]’s hair and the drink on the door of Apartment [REDACTED] are also attached in the linked files tab.
