On the Day of December 7 2025, I officer Udombon responded to [200 BLOCK] Industrial Blvd Arbor Bend Apartments in reference to a complaint of domestic abuse.

Upon arrival, I met with the complainant, Ms. [VICTIM #1], who lives with her boyfriend Hasan Davis. She advised that last night, Mr.Davis became intoxicated and aggressive around 10:45pm. She stated to avoid confrontation, she took her child, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to another residence which was the room above.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that after she told the kids goodnight, Davis punched her from behind and made contact with her in the head. He then followed her through the apartment. She mentioned that he slapped and punched her multiple times while attempting to fight him off. Ms. [VICTIM #1] identified the bruises and marks on her body. The children witnessed this altercation.

Upon more investigation, Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s daughter [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was present. We began to ask questions on what she could remember last night. She advised that Mr.Davis infact did make contact with her mom as well as slapping [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the face.

I observed visible swelling and redness to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] face and visible cut marks on [VICTIM #1]s arms.

Davis was located inside the apartment. While having a conversation with Davis, I could detect the strong odor of alcohol from his breath. When asked about the situation, his answers were very inconsistent. Davis at one time stated he could not remember the incident then stated that he was “playing around”.

Davis was arrested and charged with the following:

Battery Family Violence O.C.G.A 16-5-23.1 (F)
1x Cruelty to children 1st Degree – O.C.G.A 16-5-70(b)
