On January 18, 2026, at approximately 0110, I, Sgt. Spruell was conducting a routine patrol on Adamson Square when I observed a female (Jacey Moore) physically assaulting a male ([VICTIM #1]) near 210 Adamson Square (Irish Bred Pub). The female was punching, pushing, and slapping the male, and the male was not resisting or fighting back in any way. I exited my vehicle and approached the female, telling her to put her hands behind her back, and placed her under arrest, with her hands behind her back in double-locked handcuffs.

[VICTIM #1] told me that Moore had fought him because he had broken up with her. [VICTIM #1] told me that Moore had broken his Ray Ban Meta glasses ($400-$450) during the altercation. [VICTIM #1] wished to prosecute.

I placed Moore into the rear of my patrol vehicle and read her Miranda Rights on the way to the jail. Moore stated that she was fighting with [VICTIM #1] over relationship issues. Moore (18yo) also admitted to consuming vodka cranberry alcohol while on Adamson Square.

Moore was charged with the following:

Criminal Trespass – C66-11A
Provoking/Engaging – C66-7(A)(4)
Consuming Alcohol Underage – C6-86(A)(2)
