On 2/5/2026 at approximately 2247 hours, I responded to [100 BLOCK] Cunningham Drive in reference to a dispute between roommates. During that initial call, Jamie Campos admitted to being at apartment [REDACTED] and was violating the bond order that restricted her from going to that address. Jamie explained that she was at the apartment to gather her belongings. I explained that Jamie would need to reach out to the Sheriff’s Office to get her belongings at a different time to not violate her bond conditions. At the time, Jamie was not arrested and was given a courtesy ride to the Rodeway Inn for the night.

On 2/6/2026 at approximately 0408 hours, I responded back to the same address, where Jamie was standing outside of the apartment again. Jamie explained that she had nowhere else to go and that she wanted me to take her to jail. I asked Jamie what she had done that would make me take her to jail. Jamie admitted that she had been at the apartment and was trying to get back inside. Jamie began throwing rocks at the side of the apartment and admitted to causing visible damage to the wall. Jamie explained further that she had thrown 10 rocks at the side of the wall and knew that she had caused the damage. Jamie further explained that she did this because she was upset with her roommates and the property manager for being rude to her in the past.

Due to Jamie acting in a violent manner towards her roommates, at the apartment she was ordered not to be at, and placing the property in danger of being destroyed by damaging it with rocks, I placed her under arrest. I placed Jamie in double-locking handcuffs, both hands to the rear, and checked for proper fit.

Jamie was transported to the Carroll County Jail, where she was turned over to the staff for booking. Jamie’s dog, which she had with her during the incident, was turned over to animal control for the time being.

Jamie was charged with the following:

  • C66-7(A)(2) – Disorderly Conduct (Property Placed in Danger)
