On 09/07/2025, at approximately 2127 hours, I called [WITNESS #1] about his neighbor, Joseph Sears, exposing himself while on his front porch.

[WITNESS #1] said he has been having issues with Joseph for a couple of weeks. [WITNESS #1] said Joseph had been staring him down as [WITNESS #1] went to his vehicle. Later today, Joseph had gone inside and changed into some shorts, came back outside onto his front porch, dropped his shorts, and was waving his p*nis around. [WITNESS #1] said that his family had gone inside once he noticed what Joseph was doing.

[WITNESS #1] also said Joseph had told him that if he saw him on the sidewalk, he would catch hell. [WITNESS #1] wanted to have this documented and would like to prosecute if possible.
