On 09/17/2025 I was dispatched to Interstate 20 at mile marker 17 in reference to a suspicious person. I arrived at mile marker 17.5 and observed a black male walking West bound toward Alabama, the male was wearing a shirt and had no pants underwear or shoes on. The male was identified as Komeko Brown. Komeko stated that he had been robbed in Tifton Ga. Komeko stated that he thinks the suspects knocked him out and left him on Interstate 20 with no pants. Komeko had no marks on him from where he stated that he was knocked out Komeko refused medical services.

When I informed Komeko that he was under arrest for public indecency he stated that he was robbed in Villa Rica and they took his pants. Komeko was handcuffed behind his back and the handcuffs were checked for proper fit and double locked. I transported Komeko to the Carroll County detention facility without incident where Komeko was transferred to Jail staff custody.
