At 2103 hours on September 1st, 2022, I responded to [900 BLOCK] Lovvorn Road Apt [REDACTED] (River Pointe Apartments), about a dispute. Complainant [WITNESS #1] advised his girlfriend Kyrstin Massie was “jumped” or attacked by two other females. [WITNESS #1] was not on the scene and was calling as a third party.

Upon my arrival, Kyrstin had walked down from the third-floor apartment. I attempted to make contact at apartment [REDACTED] with no success. Kyrstin advised the other party had fled the scene in a red Mitsubishi Galant (later identified on Flock Safety Cameras – GA #[REDACTED]). Kyrstin stated the male who drives this vehicle was William “Brew” Covington. Kyrstin wished to prosecute.

Both female suspects fled the scene prior to officer arrival and remain unidentified and with no contact information. Later on a call back to the apartment for a dispute, Linzey Phillips was arrested for OCGA 16-5-23.1 – Battery. Krystin Massie was arrested for her unrelated warrant.
