On 03/10/2026 at 0915 hours, I responded to 906 South Park Street (Burger King) after dispatch relayed that multiple complainants reported a naked Asian female walking on the side of the road. Dispatch further advised that the suspicious person was described as wearing blue hospital scrubs and a Burger King crown.

Upon arriving near South Park Street and Burger King, I observed the individual described by dispatch in the Big Chic parking lot. I recognized her as My Thi Nguyen from previous encounters. My Thi was fully clothed in the blue hospital scrubs and Burger King crown upon contact. My Thi stated she does not know where to go and that she was recently released from Tanner Medical Center. Ofc. Birjkovff stayed with her while I contacted the original complainant.

I called [WITNESS #1], who was the first person to call about My Thi. [WITNESS #1] stated she was driving on South Park Street when she observed what she believed was a light-skinned male (My Thi has short black hair) wearing blue clothing and a Burger King crown, squatting down outside of Brown Chicken Brown Cow. [WITNESS #1] saw My Thi’s full, bare buttocks after she had pulled her pants down to her ankles. [WITNESS #1] thought My Thi’s actions were disgusting, and she was concerned that kids would see her naked (since it is a busy area/near a playground). [WITNESS #1] stated, My Thi was positioned, like she was trying to pee.

After hearing [WITNESS #1]’s statement, My Thi was placed in a pair of double-locked handcuffs, which were checked for proper fitting. My Thi was arrested for public indecency. I placed My Thi in the backseat of my marked patrol vehicle and transported her to the Carroll County Jail. Due to her mental state at the time, I did not question her about the incident. My Thi began to laugh unprovoked and did not say a word on the way to jail.

Later, I contacted another witness, [WITNESS #2]. [WITNESS #2] stated she was leaving Auto Zone on South Park Street when she observed an Asian female wearing blue scrubs and a Burger King crown. She was squatting in the middle of the Boost Mobile parking lot with her pants down at her ankles. [WITNESS #2] informed me that she saw My Thi’s “rear end/butt cheeks” and felt “shocked and disgusted”. [WITNESS #2] stated she has kids of her own and felt My Thi should not be exposing her private parts in public.

I relocated to ATL Smoke & Vape for camera footage. There, I spoke to manager [WITNESS #3]. [WITNESS #3] stated he also saw My Thi in front of his business this morning. She was pulling her pants up as he looked out of the window, so [WITNESS #3] did not observe anything obscene. [WITNESS #3] is working on gathering footage of the incident.

Let it be known that My Thi was recently arrested for a similar incident outside of Gallery Row on 02/09/2026, where she defecated on the sidewalk (Case #26021010).

A warrant has been typed, and My Thi’s lengthy criminal history was checked for three or more prior convictions of public indecency. She does not have three or more convictions.

My Thi has an active warrant through Haralson County, but they do not wish to extradite.
