On September 14, 2026, at 20:11 hours, I was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Spruce Creek Lane in reference to a domestic. Carroll County Dispatch advised that a juvenile complainant, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was calling in, stating that he could hear his mother and father arguing, along with hearing objects breaking in the living room. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then advised Dispatch that his father, Jason Folds had left the residence and was walking up the street.

Upon arrival, I made contact with Jason at the stop sign of Spruce Creek Lane. I asked Jason what was going on and he stated that he and his wife, Patricia Folds had gotten into a physical altercation. Jason stated that he believes Patricia struck him first with a plate, but he had thrown a metal marijuana grinder at her, striking her in the head. Jason proceeded to show me his left ear and I observed a small laceration. I asked Jason what led to the physical altercation between him and Patricia, and he advised that they had been engaging in sexual intercourse throughout the day, but when he had to make a bowel movement, she struck him with a plate. I asked Jason if he needed medical services for his ear and he advised that he didn’t, but that Patricia would possibly need it because she was bleeding from the head. While speaking with Jason, I observed the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. At this time, Officer Wright placed Jason in handcuffs and transported him to Carroll County Jail.

I arrived at [300 BLOCK] Spruce Creek Lane and met with Patricia. I observed Patricia sitting on the porch, holding something on the right side of her head. I asked Patricia to move her hand from her head and I observed a laceration on the right side of her head. I then advised Dispatch to have EMS en route due to Patricia’s injuries. I asked Patricia what had taken place, and she advised that they both had been drinking. Patricia advised that the argument was over something stupid but would not go into detail. I asked Patricia if she hit Jason with something, and she advised that she hit him with a plate. Patricia advised that Jason had hit her with something also, but believed it was a liquor bottle. West Georgia Ambulance Truck 44 arrived and cleaned Patricia’s wound, along with confirming that she would not need stitches. At this time, I placed Patricia in handcuffs and placed her in the back seat of my patrol vehicle.

Prior to arresting Patricia, I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that he could hear Jason and Patricia arguing, along with objects breaking inside the house. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] left the residence with his grandmother, whose information I failed to obtain.

Both Jason and Patricia were transported to Carroll County Jail, where they were turned over to jail staff. Warrants for Battery FVA and Cruelty to Children 3rd were taken out on both Patricia and Jason.

Pictures of Jason’s and Patricia’s wounds were taken and uploaded to Axon evidence by Officer Wright.
