On December 31, 2025, 1 was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Stagecoach Pass in reference to a domestic.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [REDACTED]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he received a phone call from his [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stating that their mother, Robyn Freeman was under the influence and had assaulted him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that after getting permission from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] father, he went to the residence to pick [REDACTED BY AGENCY] up and once [REDACTED BY AGENCY] arrived, Robyn locked herself inside the residence. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that Robyn grabbed him by the arm and neck in an attempt to prevent him from walking away from her.

I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] where Robyn hurt him, and he showed me a large scratch on his left arm and another scratch on the right side of his neck. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that he was okay and didn’t need to be checked by EMS. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] uncle, [WITNESS #1] arrived shortly after [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [WITNESS #1] also lives at the residence and advised that Robyn has assaulted [REDACTED BY AGENCY] before but it wasn’t reported.

I asked [WITNESS #1] if he could let us into the residence, so that I could make contact with Robyn. Once inside the residence, I observed Robyn standing in the dining room and immediately running behind a wall. After locating Robyn behind a wall in the kitchen, I asked her what was going on. Robyn would not answer any of my questions, and just kept repeating “This is my house”. I could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from Robyn’s person and observed that she was under the influence.

Officer Curtis placed Robyn in handcuffs and was walked out of the residence. While walking Robyn out, she began to refuse to walk and attempted to throw herself down the stairs. Once outside, Robyn was placed in the backseat of Officer Curtis’ patrol vehicle. While running Robyn’s information, an alert popped up showing an active warrant through Carroll County for probation violation. Robyn was arrested for Cruelty to children -Second degree, Battery – Family Violence, and the active warrant [REDACTED BY AGENCY] decided to remain at the residence with [WITNESS #1].

While Office Curtis was transporting to Carroll County Jail, I overheard him come over the radio requesting Fire and EMS come to the Ingles parking lot because Robyn had started foaming at the mouth and was unconscious. I arrived at Ingles and noticed a large amount of salive coming from Robyn’s mouth.

Carroll County Fire Engine 2 and West Georgia Ambulance Truck 42 arrived and administered care to Robyn. After Narcan was administered, Robyn regained consciousness and was placed in the back of the ambulance. West Georgia Ambulance transported Robyn to Tanner Medical Center in Villa Rica, with Officer Curtis following behind them. Once Robyn was cleared by hospital staff, she was transported to Carroll County Jail and turned over to jail staff.

I completed warrants for Cruelty to children – Second degree and Battery- Family Violence.
