On 2/13/2026 at approximately 1945 hours, I responded to the area of [1200 BLOCK] Maple Street in reference to a kidnapping. Dispatch advised that multiple young females had possibly been kidnapped and were being held until they had sex with the males who took them. Dispatch provided a license plate (GA: [REDACTED BY AGENCY]) and advised that it may be the vehicle used to take the girls.

Upon my arrival at [1200 BLOCK] Maple Street, no vehicles matching the description were found. Dispatch advised they had a female on the phone who may be a victim and that she was at [900 BLOCK] Lovvorn Road (River Pointe Apartments). I relocated to that address and made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that she had been kicked out of her house in Atlanta with her four sisters on 2/12/2026. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and her sisters got into a grey Dodge Charger SRT with a man they did not fully know, who said he would drive them to his house. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told me that she did not know how far away the male lived, but chose to get in the car with him.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] and her sisters rode with the male to [1200 BLOCK] Maple Street and stayed the night at his apartment [REDACTED]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that the next day, 2/13/2026, the male and several other males were in the apartment. The males told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and her sisters that if they wanted to go back to their mother’s house, they would have to have sex with the males.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] claimed that the male also pointed a gun at all of the girls. After the girls refused to have sex with the males, they left the apartment and went to McDonald’s. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then explained that they met a stranger, [WITNESS #1], at McDonald’s, who took the girls back to [900 BLOCK] Lovvorn Road.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] showed me a phone number, which she claimed was the male who had originally picked them up [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also showed me an Instagram page [REDACTED BY AGENCY], which she claimed was the same male. I documented the phone number, Instagram page, and a picture posted by the male, which depicted him holding a large sum of cash and having a firearm in his waistband.

After speaking with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], the remaining females and [WITNESS #1] all came downstairs and sat on the curb outside of the [REDACTED] building at River Pointe. I separated the females so they would not discuss the incident further among themselves and so we could get statements from them individually. I gathered all the females’ names and brief stories. The females’ names are as follows:

  • [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
  • [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
  • [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
  • [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
  • [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

All the females gave similar accounts, stating they willingly got into the grey Dodge Charger SRT on 2/12/2026 and drove to [1200 BLOCK] Maple Street, Apartment [REDACTED]. They explained that the males told them that they would have to have sex with several males who were in the apartment before they would be allowed to leave.

The females also explained that the male who picked them up originally pointed a gun at them. The females were scared to leave at the time, but refused to have sex with the males. The males eventually allowed the girls to leave the apartment.

At this time, all the females were transported to the Carrollton Police Department for further investigation by CID. I relocated to [1200 BLOCK] Maple Street to stand by apartment [REDACTED]. We attempted to contact the apartment’s occupants by knocking on the door, but received no answer.

I was eventually relieved of my position and waited for CID to finish their interviews with the females and several males who had shown up at the Carrollton Police Department.
