On March 1, 2025 I, Officer Morris was dispatched to [1200 BLOCK] Palmetto Lane in reference to a vehicle versus structure accident. Upon arrival, I met with complainant, [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] advised she has been seeing for a few months, by the name Vance Jackson. [VICTIM #1] stated Vance had come over to her house and was massaging her. While massaging her, Vance made sexual advances toward her, to which she rejected. After rejecting his advances, Vance became frustrated and they began to argue.

[VICTIM #1] instructed Vance to leave her home. Vance walked outside of the residence and approached his vehicle. Upon reaching his vehicle, he came back to the residence and informed [VICTIM #1] he had left his water bottle at the residence. Vance informed [VICTIM #1] he would like to retrieve it; [VICTIM #1] informed him she was not comfortable with him coming back inside. Vane returned to his vehicle, before approaching the residence again and grabbing a security sign out of the front yard. Vance threw the sign, striking the front door. He returned to his vehicle, pulling into the driveway and began revving the engine. Vance proceeded to strike the garage door twice with the front of his Mustang.

I was able to speak with Vance via telephone call; Vance admitted to the offenses and advised he had plans to turn himself into Villa Rica Police Department.

As of 03/01/2025 at 2345 hours, Vance has not reached out to Villa Rica Police.

[VICTIM #1] provided ‘RING’ camera footage of the incident clearly displaying the events.
