[NARRATIVE #1 on July 29, 2025]

On 7/29/2025 Deputy Walker arrived at 900 City Hall Dr in reference to possible indecent exposure. Deputy Walker spoke with Mr. [WITNESS #1] and Ms. [WITNESS #2] who said that Mr. [WITNESS #1]’s step father, Mr. Williams, possibly showed their daughter, [VICTIM #1], explicit videos. Ms. [WITNESS #2] said that [VICTIM #1] said that the video was of “boy parts in somebody’s mouth”. [VICTIM #1] said that this happened at [300 BLOCK] Worley Rd several years ago.

Both parents agreed that the suspect will not be allowed around the juvenile until an investigation is concluded. The suspect is not currently aware that any accusations have been made.

Deputy Walker informed Lt. Pitts of the incident and he confirmed that the suspect did not ave access to the juvenile and advised that it would be followed up on.

On July 30, 2025 at approximately 1345 hours Detective Moody contacted the mother of the juvenile and scheduled a forensic interview for Friday August 1, 2025 at 1300 hours.
