On the above date and time, I was dispatched about a blue in color Toyota Corolla failed to maintain lane almost running people off of the roadway. I seen the above and followed it and witnessed it failed to maintain it lane multiple times and I initiated a traffic on the vehicle.

I made contact with the above offender and asked if everything was ok and she stated that she was ok. I advised her the reason why i pulled her over was because she failed to maintain her lane multiple times and asked for her drivers license.

While she was looking for her license, I asked her where she was coming from and she stated that she was coming from work and that her job was in Jacksonville, Fl. Once she given her drivers license to me I observed that her eyes looked glossy and i walked back to my car and spoke with Folkston Police Officer Michael Maddox.

I then asked The offender to step out of the vehicle and I observed that she was a little unsteady on her feet. I then asked if he would take an on the roadside alcosensor test and she stated yes.

I then administered the test and it was positive that an alcoholic beverage was on her breath. I then placed her under arrest for Driving under the influence and read implied consent for her and she stated that she would take the state administered test of her breath.

I then placed her in the back of my patrol vehicle and tranported her to the Charlton County Jail wher I administered the state chemical test of her breath on the intoxilyzer 9000 (see test results). I then wrote citations for the above offenses and turned her over to the jailor on duty. This case is closed.
