On 12/25/2025 at 0500 hours, I Ofc Manning responded to [2400 BLOCK] Louisiana Ave in reference to a call of a physical disturbance in progress.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the homeowners [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2]. Both [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] advised that Albreona left the scene prior to our arrival to the scene. [VICTIM #2] stated that the suspect Albreona Cheever came over to help Christmas gifts and left shortly after. Moments later, [VICTIM #2] stated Albreona returned banging on the door asking for her phone causing them to wake up. Once inside the house, [VICTIM #2] stated Albreona began demanding they return her phone, but they weren’t sure of what phone she was referring to.

Due to [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] denying knowing the whereabouts of the phone, [VICTIM #2] stated Albreona became irate and began to damage the home by knocking things over, throwing items and pulling things off of the wall. I observed vases and decorations that were thrown and broken, a thermostat pulled from the wall, a hole punched in the wall by Albreona and a broken painting in the bedroom as well. [VICTIM #1] advised that the value of the painting alone was $500, due to receiving the reported value of the items and them exceeding $500, Albreona was found and booked by bravo watch officers for 16-7-23 (criminal damage to property 2nd degree)

[VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] were issued a CRN card and advised on how to obtain a copy of the report.

Pictures of the damage were taken and uploaded via Axon Capture.
