On December 13, 2025 at approximately 2240, I was dispatched to 16 E Gateway Boulevard in reference to prostitution in progress. Upon arrival, I spoke with the front desk clerk, [WITNESS #1], who advised that their was suspicious activity in rooms [REDACTED] and [REDACTED].

Ms. [WITNESS #1] advised that the suspect, Alfredo Sanchez, had checked in on December 12, 2025 through Price Line online services. She explained that she had just came in today at approximately 1500 to work her shift and noticed the pattern of males coming in. She said that there were four men that had came in today at different times and had went up to the rooms. She said they would come in one at a time and only stay for approximately 20 minutes.

She advised that when she became suspicious, she ran the telephone number associated to the two rooms through google as the are required to do so that can determine if the telephone number is associated with an escort service. She said that the telephone number attached to the room was [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and it was flagged as being a transgenger escort service.

Ms. [WITNESS #1] continued to explain that another male individual had came into the lobby and went up to the hotel room prior to my arrival.

I then went and made contact with the individuals in room [REDACTED]. After knocking on the door of room [REDACTED], I was greeted by a male suspect later identified as Alfredo Sanchez. I asked him to step into the hallway and standby until I was done speaking with the other suspect, Philip Dagan. He was sitting in the bed in a white t shirt and a pair of black underwear.

Mr. Dagan advised initially when asked how did he purchase the services that he was trying to receive, he said that he was trying to get a massage to get the “kinks” out of his neck. I asked him how did he pay for the services that he was trying to receive and he advised that he paid her through cash app. He showed us a transaction made through cash app for the amount of $600 to a [REDACTED]. That photo will be uploaded to axon capture. It is to be noted that during the conversation, she advised that she uses different names to communicate when meeting other people.

He then advised again and said that he did a search on the internet for massages and called the number associated with the website. He continued to say that he was just there to get a massage. I informed him that I was going to ask him one more time if he came here with the intent to have sex and he replied “Honestly it is my first time.” When he tried to change the subject, I asked him again, did he come to the hotel expecting sex. He then said “honestly I did not know what to expect when I came here.” I then advised him again to be honest with me and he said, “I genuinely wanted to get a massage, if the other happened so be it.”

I then went outside of the hotel room and spoke with Mr. Alfredo Sanchez. He advised that he was a transgender woman and paid for the room for two days. Mr. Sanchez said that she performed at drag shows. She insinuated that the front desk lady did not like transgenger women based on a conversation they had about the male gentleman coming up to her room. She also said that she was working and it was not her day off.

I informed her that I was already aware that she was working with an escort service based off of Mr. Dagon’s testimony and the testimony of the front desk clerk. I also advised her that Mr. Dagon advised that he paid for her services and that the phone number was linked to an escort service. She advised that Mr. Dagon sent her the money, but she did not ask for it. She advised that she had asked for a donation. I asked her to show me on her phone where she asked for a “donation.” She did not provide me with the donation request, but she did provide me with text messages of the conversation between the two. Below is a few of the quotes from the text messages sent in the Whats App:

Mr. Dagan “But with the 2 hours, that means you’ll do any and everything. I’ll be your toy for 2 hours”
Mr. Dagan “I don’t know what or how to be ready for ts, this is all new”
Mr. Dagan “Another number, area code [REDACTED], replied and gave me same address, exact same”
Mr. Sanchez “Idk if other girls be here”
Mr. Dagan “Im very serious, but for ease of my mind, prove not a cop, and I will gladly come”
Mr. Sanchez “[REDACTED] room text me when u outside the door plz”
Mr. Dagan “They said you have to come down to lobby”
Mr. Sanchez “Thats weird, another guys just come in, hurry”

Mr. Sanchez advised that they had communicated through Whats App after he called the escort service. I then asked her to provide me with the name of the escort group and she advised that she used [REDACTED] for friendly encounters. She also said that Mega Personal also uses her information when advertising for services without her permission. Mr. Sanchez said that Mr. Dagon got her information from the Mega Personal website inquired her services and sent her a “donation” of $600 to meet up with her and she accepted it. He then advised that they started communicating through Whats App and made a designated spot to meet.

She also advised that the other four men that came up to her room were from the [REDACTED] website. From an internet search, I discovered that [REDACTED] is a platform that allows users to conduct transactions virtually like any shopping website. On this website “sellers” can make profiles and post ads about their sexual services.

Mr. Dagon was then handcuffed, double locked, searched, and placed in the rear of Officer Coleman’s vehicle. Mr. Sanchez was handcuffed, double locked, searched, and placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle.

All of Mr. Sanchez belongings were released to her friend, [REDACTED], that was occupying room [REDACTED]. I briefly spoke with Mr. [REDACTED], who advised that she was unaware of what Mr. Sanchez was doing in room [REDACTED]. He said that he travels with Mr. Sanchez and is her “cook.” He said that he was from Mexico and was traveling with Mr. Sanchez as friends.

Both offenders were transported to CCDC where they were booked and charged. All photos of evidence were submitted to AXON capture.
