On December 10th, 2025 I responded to a Domestic in progress, located at [2200 BLOCK] Old Quacco Rd Apt [REDACTED]. On my arrival I met Ms. Asia Hart, who informed me that she told her daughter Juv to clean up her room and to leave her phone and tablet on the kitchen table prior to doing so. Juv did not agree to Ms. Harts request and continued to ignore Ms. Hart seemingly while walking away into the room and shutting the door behind her.
Ms. Hart once again asked Juv to please clean her room, when Juv slammed the door saying “I wish she would just shut the f*ck up.” Ms. Hart then entered the bedroom where Juv ran towards the bathroom area and entered the closet. According to Ms. Hart Juv lunged at her in a threatening manner; Ms. Hart grabbed her shirt in a attempt to put her down on the ground. During the scuffle, the Juv sustained a minor laceration extending from the either side of the forehead down to the cheeks. Additionally, there were visible scratch marks beneath the left eye, and the juvenile’s face exhibited noticeable swelling.
I then spoke to Juv who walked into the residence shortly after I was already on scene talking to Ms. Hart. When asked what occurred between Juv and Ms. Hart, Juv informed me that Ms. Hart wanted her to clean the room but also wanted Juv to leave the phone on the table. But Juv did not want to leave the phone because she was on the phone.
Juv then informed me that while she was on the phone with her friend Ms. Hart came barging in the room and began arguing with Juv. Juv explained that she just walked away but Ms. Hart followed Huv into the closet where once again Ms. Hart asked for the phone. Juv refused to hand it over and then according to Juv that’s when Ms. Hart began to punch her in the face then she pulled her by her hair to the ground and began to hit her while on the ground.
After talking to Juv, Pooler Fire arrived on scene and checked her out for any other injuries other then what was visible. No other injuries were found. After talking to both parties, I placed Ms. Hart in handcuffs double locking and checking for proper fit. Ms. Hart was then placed at the back of my patrol car and Child Protective services was called. Mrs. [REDACTED] from Child Protective Services arrived, and after a brief explanation to Mrs. [REDACTED] Juv was released into her custody.
I then transported Ms. Hart to the Chatham County detention center where she was released to the on duty booking officer. Ms. Hart was given a bond of 1,000 and a court date of February 19″, 2026.
