On 01/15/2026 at 0914 hours I was approaching the Emmaus House on foot. I observed the Security Guard [VICTIM #1] escort a female out of the kitchen area. The female, Ayana Louder then threw a Rice Krispy Treat at Mr. [VICTIM #1]s face. Mr. [VICTIM #1] then detained Ms. Louder by holding her up against the wall until police arrived. While doing so Ms. Louder grabbed Mr. [VICTIM #1]s glasses off his face and this caused his glasses to bend. At this time I separated the two subjects and asked what happened.
The Facility Manager [WITNESS #1] advised that Ms. Louder came into the kitchen area to get some coffee. Instead of grabbing just one coffee she grabbed three and then drank a out of each cup so she could claim each of them. Ms. Louder was advised she could only have one coffee and when they approached her she took a fourth cup of coffee and dumped it on a table. She was then escorted out by Mr. [VICTIM #1].
Ms. Louder stated that she was just getting something to eat and drink and she was kicked out. During the incident Ms. Louder had some blood coming from her lip. EMS responded and released her on the scene.
Ms. Louder was arrested for disorderly conduct and banned from the Emmaus House. Corporal Stalter was on scene and searched Ms. Louder and found no contraband. I transported Ms. Louder to CCDC.
