On October 22, 2024, I, Officer Brister, responded to 2500 Tremont Rd. in reference to a female being completely naked at the business.

When Officer Gordon and I arrived on the scene, we saw a white female in a blue sweatshirt and no pants, completely exposing her lower half, walking around the gated property of 2500 Tremont Rd. Officer Gordon and I quickly detained this individual and identified her as Miss Courtney Saint-Denis. One of the workers at this location stated that Miss Courtney was driving a car and crashed into a tree on the property’s fence line.

With this information, I drove northbound on Tremont Rd and found a blue Honda Accord Florida tag [REDACTED] that is registered to Miss Courtney. The car’s front bumper was almost touching the tree, though there was no damage to the front end. In front of the car, I found Miss Courtney’s clothes and purse. While looking for her ID in the purse, I recovered a small clear cellophane baggie that contained a crystal-like substance that was apparent to be Methamphetamine.

I searched the vehicle and the clothing items on the ground in front of it, though nothing else was found.

Officer Gordon informed me that the three males that were on the property when I arrived stated they were working inside the building when she was banging on the front door of the business completely nude. They gave her a shirt to put on and waited for law enforcement to arrive.

Officer Gordon transported Miss Courtney to Chatham County Detention Center to be booked on the charges of possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) (OCGA 16-13-30) and public indecency (OGCA 16-6-8).

I transported that crystal-like substance to the Savannah PD property, where it was field-tested positive for Methamphetamine. The weight of this substance was 0.31 grams.
