On October 14, 2025, at approximately 1800 hours I was dispatched to the [REDACTED] building at [500 BLOCK] Pennsylvania Ave regarding Ms. [VICTIM #1] having multiple persons at her door threatening to harm her and carrying firearms. I responded to the scene with BWC active and Ms. [VICTIM #1] met me outside her apartment pointing towards the West stating the parties ran away. While she was saying that children on-scene yelling that no one had any firearms.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] could not give a description at the time, so I informed other officers who canvassed the area. Ms. [VICTIM #1] then provided camera footage showing numerous individuals in front of Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s door and breezeway of the building in which she resides. In which Ms. [VICTIM #1] identified Ms. Dariauna Williams, Ms. [WITNESS #1], and a third individual known only as Dominique. Ms. Williams was wearing a bonnet, black bra, and brown yoga shorts. Ms. [WITNESS #1] was wearing a red shirt, and Dominique was wearing a blue top and a bonnet.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] was adamant about pressing charges and stated there was a witness, Ms. [WITNESS #2], who heard what happened. Upon speaking with Ms. [WITNESS #2], she stated she did see all the aforementioned individuals in the breezeway of the [REDACTED] building in front of Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s home. However, she stated both parties were yelling and screaming and could not discern a credible threat from either party.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] was given a CRN and I attempted to advise her there were not enough evidence to press charges at the time. However, she grew upset and did not listen.

Shortly after at approximately 1909 hours I was dispatched to the same area again stating that there was a fight happening and someone alleged they were going to shoot someone. Upon my arrival I observed Ms. Williams and Dominique at the corner directly in fornt of the [REDACTED] building wearing the same clothes described earlier. Once they observed me they both parted ways and Ms. Williams quickly walked to another party, Ms. [WITNESS #1].

After I began approaching Ms. William’s I called out to her, and she began briskly walking into the [REDACTED] building ignoring me. This appeared to be her fleeing from me. Ms. [WITNESS #1] then approached me and stated that Ms. Williams was hurt by Ms. [VICTIM #1] and if I don’t “act crazy” she can coax Ms. Williams out to speak with me.

I agreed and Ms. Willaims came out and kept saying “I don’t want to go to jail.” I observed a large abrasion to her left forearm. When asked what happened she could not explain to me what happened. She alleged she was hit but could not provide details. She was also slurring her words and having difficulty standing which appeared to me as signs of intoxication.

I spoke to Ms. [VICTIM #1] again who stated that she did not touch Ms. Williams and she was drunk and fell down the stairs while taunting Ms. [VICTIM #1].

Due to circumstances, I could not gather enough evidence to formulate charges based upon the weapon being seen nor threats made. Due to statements from a third party and photos showing Ms. Williams at Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s residence with the expressive actions that are likely to disturb the peace while acting in a tumultuous manner towards Ms. [VICTIM #1], Ms. Williams was charged with Disorderly Conduct (OCGA 16-11-39) she was brought to the hospital to be seen for injuries and transported to CCDC without incident. All parties involved were banned from each other’s building.
