Embassy Suites, located at 145 W Mulberry Blvd in Savannah, received a score of 57 points out of a possible 100 points during their 02/10/2025 inspection by the Georgia Department of Public Health.

Inspector Notes: Observed multiple bags of flour and dry goods loosely rolled closed. Observed unwrapped cheese, vegetable mix, and cooked onions in reach-in and walk in coolers to not have a covering. CA: PIC discarded or properly wrapped all items that were not covered.

Inspector Notes: Observed old labels and glue residue build up on the outside of food containers that had not been fully removed during dishwashing and were being stacked so that the insides of the containers were becoming contaminated. Inspector Notes: Observed multiple bags of cooked chicken wings that had been prepared on 2/08/25 that had not been date marked. Observed an open bag of commercially processed guacamole with an expiration date of November 2024 in a reach in cooler that had not been discarded. CA: PIC properly date marked the cooked chicken and discarded the guacamole.
