On 09/18/2022 I responded to 200 Tanger Outlets for a report of individuals vandalizing the property. I spoke with Tanger security who stated that 2 white males and a white female had walked the property causing damages through out. Security stated they left in a white Mercedes with Georgia tag [REDACTED].

I arrived on scene at Tanger to attempt to make contact with the suspects but was unable to. I walked the Tanger property and observed brochures pulled out and strung all over the ground, benches flipped, trash cans flipped, damages to planters as well as the plants in them, and damages to the event tent that was out.

I was able to contact with registered owner of the Mercedes who stated it was her sister in law that drives the vehicle. I was able to obtain contact information for the driver identified as Halley Snipes. I attempted to Snipes multiple times and she would hang up my calls. I made contact with Snipes sister in law and she was able to advise me she spoke with Snipes and that she was scared to speak to me.

Snipes advised she was with her friends Juvenile 1 and Benjamin Wright when the incident occurred. I attempted to have Snipes return but she stated she was taking her friends to their home in Guyton.

I spoke with [REDACTED] who stated that damages to the property were estimated to be $5,000- $10,000 in damages. This estimate did not count the clean up crew in to clean the property.

I spoke with Juvenile 1 and Benjamin Wright and advised them warrant were forth coming. Juvenile 1 and Benjamin Wright, both stated they turn themselves into Pooler PD once all warrants were signed.

Further attempts were made to contact Snipe but all have been unsuccessful. Warrants for Criminal Damage to Property in the second degree will be processed for all three suspects.
