On 10/14/25 I responded to W. 35th and Montgomery St in reference to a disorderly black female. The female was identified as Jaquest Richardson. Ms. Richardson was involved in one incident at 2214 hours, where her kids father was trying to get her home because she was intoxicated. The responding officers gave her family a chance to get her home. At 2252hrs there was a call matching her description about a lady being hit in the face but when I arrived on scene nobody reported any physical fight. As I was pulling off I observed Ms. Richardson in the street being loud. I was dispatched again to that area due to her outside arguing with her family that was still trying to her home. Ms. Richardson admitted to having a few beers.
I asked for backup due to her history of fighting with officers. When I arrived on scene Ms. Richardson was in the street without shoes on and arguing with her cousin. As more family arrived trying to get her under control, she resisted against them and tried to fight them. At that time, that is when officers stepped in and place Ms. Richardson in double locked handcuffs. She was escorted and placed in the back of my marked patrol vehicle. Ms. Richardson was charged and booked into CCDC with O.C.G.A 16-11-41 Public Drunkness and O.C.G.A 16-11-39 Disorderly Conduct.
Once we arrived in the sallyport at the jail, Ms. Richardson refused to get out the car and begin to spit in my vehicle. I went to get help from CCSO staff and a spit mask. Once we got her out of the vehicle and inside. Ms. Richardson begin to resist and dropped her body to the ground. We were able to get her in to be examined by the nurse and she was then placed into the detox cell.
