On 12/19/2025 at approximately 0744 hours, I (Ofc Blumenfeld) responded to a call for service at Motel 6 (201 Stephenson Ave) in reference to a black male causing a disturbance at the location and yelling, as well as trespassing due to previously being banned by the property.
Upon arrival, I made contact with the subject, who I immediately recognized from several previous incidents, Jason Scott. Mr. Scott has been informed several times by myself and other officers (documented on CAD) not to return to the property, as well as to stop his actions (which includes acting disorderly on the motel’s property, as well as neighboring properties).
I later learned that today Mr. Scott once again returned to the property and began acting disorderly, which caused the Motel manager to contact the police. Mr. Scott was yelling outside rooms and casing a disurbance as he has done before.
Based on this information, and the numerous times I have had to respond due to Mr. Scott, I placed Jason Scott under arrest for Disorderly Conduct (OCGA 16-11-39) as well as Criminal Trespass (OCGA 16-7-21) due to myself personally telling Mr. Scott not to return to the property which the managers of the property told me to do (documented on CAD as well).
I then filled out a ban form and the property manager acknowledged and signed it, and I also informed Mr. Scott not to return or he would be arrested. Mr. Scott was then transported to CCDC without incident.
