I responded to an accident at the above location.

Driver 2 Ms. [VICTIM #1] had informed me that Driver 1 had left the scene.
Vehicle 1 was driven by a black male. Vehicle 1 was a white sedan.

Driver 2 Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated the light turned green and she began driving forward. Driver 2, Ms. [VICTIM #1], stated as she began moving forward, and vehicle 1 darted across the intersection and struck the front of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 sustained minor damage to the front of the bus.

There were parts belonging to a Nissan near the accident area. It is unclear if the parts belong to vehicle 1 or were already on the roadway before the accident. I collected the parts and placed them in locker number 006 for evidence.

The witness, Mr. [WITNESS #1], was in front of vehicle 2. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated he had seen vehicle 1 in the turn lane. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated the driver was an older black male. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated the light for his lane of traffic turned green and they began to move forward. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated vehicle 1 began turning left and went in front of vehicle 2, striking the front of it. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated that driver 1 continued driving into the gas station parking lot, and he was not sure where it went from there.

The Board of Education was notified and was asked to provide the school bus video footage to the Pooler Police Department.
