On 12/07/25, I responded to 4725 Waters Ave in reference to a white male walking around naked inside the CVS store.
Upon arrival, I located the suspect inside the store with the assistance of CVS employees. When I made visual contact with the suspect, he was completely naked. I asked him why he did not have any clothes on, and he stated that he did not have any. The suspect further advised that his clothing was outside on the sidewalk.
My backup officer went outside to check for the suspect’s clothing and located the items; however, all of the clothing was soaked and not wearable.
A CVS employee provided a shirt from store inventory to help cover the suspect’s private area. The suspect was identified as Kenny Williams. Be advise Williams is permanently trespassed from the CVS plaza area but frequently returns after being released from Memorial Hospital.
Williams was arrested for Public Indecency (OCGA 16-6-8). No search incident to arrest was conducted due to the suspect already being fully nude. He was transported to the Chatham County Detention Center for booking.
[End of Narrative]
