On 01/01/26, at 00:51, I was dispatched to [5400 BLOCK] Robinson Cir Unit [REDACTED] for a Past Suspicious Activity Call. The caller, Ms. Latanya Wigfall, is flagged in the 911 dispatch system as a frequent caller and known Mental Health subject. The call notes stated “Comp adv there are noises by her home and people watching her” and “Comp adv there are people watching her like there is a cult watching her.”

I have responded to this address in the past and I am familiar with Ms. Wigfall. Her apartment is on the second floor and she has a history of calling 911 to report people outside her apartment and people watching her apartment that aren’t there.

Before responding to the address, I called Ms. Wigfall on the number provided in the call log. Ms. Wigfall answered. I identified myself as Ofc. Robinson and asked her what she needed tonight. She stated she needed to speak to an officer. I assured her that I was an officer and restated my name and that I work for the Savannah Police Department. I asked her, again, what she needed from the police. She mumbled something and then hung up the phone. The 911 call center then update the call log that Ms. Wigfall had called 911 back, requesting to speak to an officer. I then responded to Robinson Circle, along with Cpl. Johnson, where I placed Ms. Wigfall under arrest for Abuse of 911 (OCGA 16-11-39.2 B5).

Ms. Wigfall had called 911 to request an officer look at a photo of her brother, [REDACTED], because of a “demonic smile” that she sees on his face in the photo. She went on state that her brother had been kidnapped by a demonic cult that only comes out at night and sacrifices people to bathe in their blood.

Ms. Wigfall was placed in double locked handcuffs that were checked for proper fit. Ofc. Kelly responded to the scene to search Ms. Wigfall, incident to arrest. I then transported Ms. Wigfall to CCDC, where she was booked without incident. On the way to the jail, Ms. Wigfall had numerous spontaneous utterances where she admitted she’s called 911 all year long about her brother and this cult.
