On 12.26.2025 I was dispatched in reference to a domestic dispute.

Upon arrival, I made contact with Ms. [WITNESS #1]. While approaching her, I observed items strewn throughout the yard and the side of the residence. Ms. [WITNESS #1] advised that after picking up her child, [VICTIM #1], her child’s father Malik had followed her home. She stated that she went inside with her child and her boyfriend, [VICTIM #2]. She advised that shortly after, Malik entered [VICTIM #2]’s unlocked vehicle without permission and began to take items out of it without his permission.

She stated that [VICTIM #2] exited the house and confronted him. She stated that the two began to argue and [VICTIM #2] left in his Chevy Impala. I asked Ms. [WITNESS #1] if she could contact [VICTIM #2] so that I may speak with him and have the tag for his vehicle so that it may be listed in the report. I was unsucessful in my attempt to garner this knowledge, as [VICTIM #2] did not wish to provide the tag to his vehicle at this time or speak with me in any manner.

I advised Ms. [WITNESS #1] that if this matter changes that he simply needs to contact law enforcement so that it may be added to the report and I would be able to swear out a warrant in reference to the incident regarding the entering auto offense. Ms. [WITNESS #1] also advised that she has a Ring Camera, however she advised that it was currently dead and was unsure if it was on during the incident. I advised her to charge it and contact law enforcement should evidentiary material be present on the camera. As Malik and Ms. [WITNESS #1] share a child together and have lived together previously, this incident was classified as a domestic incident.

I then asked her to inform me as to the rest of the events in the order they occured. She stated that Mr. Ching then opened the door to her residence without the permission of any of the residents therein and began to attempt to force his way in, pushing her in the process. She advised that she is currently pregnant additionally, however she did not wish for EMS at this time.

I did not observe any noticeable damage to the door at this time. She stated that after being confronted by herself as well as her mother, Ms. [WITNESS #1], Mr. Ching then fled to the lane where his sister was waiting in her Honda (See primary report for vehicle information gained from the associated traffic stop). She stated that he then left the area as she drove him away. She then advised that his sister, Ms. Williams, had driven him to the incident location as he does not have a vehicle.

At this time, additional officers had stopped the vehicle on the Truman Pkwy exit onto Delesseps Avenue. At this time, I was advised that Ms. Williams had changed seats with Mr. Ching after the vehicle was stopped and was in possession of Marijuana as well as a Drug Related Object. At this time, I advised Ofc. Frazier that my charge in regard to her was Party to a Crime, in reference to the Criminal Trespass and Criminal Attempt at Burglary as she drove Mr. Ching to the incident location and awaited him nearby to serve as a getaway driver when law enforcement was contacted.

I then spoke with Ms. Williams, who admitted to driving him. At this time, she was not charged in reference to the entering auto incident as Mr. [VICTIM #2] was not willing to provide information in reference to that incident.

I then took custody of all evidentiary material and Mr. Ching at this time, transporting him to CCDC. After he was booked, I then logged all material into the SPD property room as evidence.
