On [9/12/25], I responded to [800 BLOCK] Yamacraw Village, in regards to a report of a trespassing person. I activated my BWC.

Upon arrival, I spoke to the reporting party and the victim, Ms. [VICTIM #1], who stated that her child’s father, Mr. Quentin Hawkins, attempted to pull her out of her home. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that while inside her home, someone was banging on her back door. Once Ms. [VICTIM #1] opened the door and observed it was Mr. Hawkins, she attempted to close the door immediately. That is when Mr. Hawkins grabbed her left arm, while she was holding her eight-month-old child in her arms.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she grabbed her pepper spray off the kitchen table and proceeded to spray Mr. Hawkins in the eyes with it. Ms. [VICTIM #1] closed the door and locked it behind her while Mr. Hawkins was outside the residence. That is when Ms. [VICTIM #1] dialed 911. Mr. Hawkins was not on scene when I arrived. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Hawkins seemed to be impaired by drugs during this incident.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] was provided a CRN card.
