On September 1, 2026, I Officer Fucci-Deam responded to a church located at the intersection of E 37th St/Bull St in reference to a Indecent Exposure report.
The reporting party ([VICTIM #1]) advised a black male (later identified as Caswell) was exposing his p*nis and being aggressive with him and his associates. I observed Caswell being aggressive with [VICTIM #1] as I parked my marked patrol unit. Caswell was not acting as a reasonably sober individual would behave. While obtaining Caswell’s information, he exposed himself to officers.
Caswell was arrested for O.C.G.A. 16-6-8 Indecent Exposure and O.C.G.A. 16-11-39 Disorderly Conduct. He was placed in double locked handcuffs and searched incident to arrest before being placed in the back seat of a marked patrol unit. He was transported to CCDC and then transported to Memorial Hospital for medical clearance. Once he was medically cleared from Memorial Hospital, Caswell was trasnported back to CCDC on September 1, 2026 and booked around 2148.
