On 11.1.2025 I was dispatched in reference to two individuals who started attempting to fight individuals within the homeless shelter at 124 Arnold St.

Upon arrival, I witnessed Mr. Moultrie and Mr. Mcafee refusing to exit the shelter after being given numerous lawful commands by Cpl. Eblin to do so. I then went behind them and began escorting them out by gently pushing them away from the area in which they were loudly yelling, towards the exit. Upon exiting the building, all parties on scene including multiple residents of the shelter stated that the two had struck multiple members of the shelter as well as staff after a verbal altercation. I was advised of the same by Ofc. Caldwell and Cpl. Eblin who spoke to additional parties. Upon speaking with the aggreived parties, they confirmed they wished to press charges for the assault.

I then placed both parties under arrest after concluding my investigation and transported both to CCDC. Mr. Mcafee was then booked without incident, however Mr. Moultrie required medical clearance due to his agitated nature and heightened heart rate. Numerous times throughout the transport, Mr. Moultrie advised that he is related to Ofc. Wanye Hendrix and that he would ensure that I am fired for arresting him. During medical clearance, Mr. Moultrie proceeded to loudly swear and issue provocative statements towards staff as well as a mentally disabled individual. Following clearance, he was then transported to CCDC and booked without further incident.

This concludes my report.
