On 08/29/2025 at approximately 0857 hours I, Cpl. Medina, responded to the Ronald McDonald’s House located at 4710 Waters Ave. regarding a follow-up report.

Upon my arrival I spoke with [WITNESS #1], the CEO of the establishment, who stated that staff called police multiple times around 0510 hours due to a trespasser. He advised that police responded, but the suspect, a black male wearing a black and white jacket and jeans, left the scene before officers’ arrival.

[WITNESS #1] showed me surveillance video of the subject. I could observe the subject standing near the front door of the establishment, looking into the window while holding his phone in his left hand, and using his right hand to stroke his p*nis repeatedly. The subject would walk away from the doors several times and then repeat the process several times. [WITNESS #1] advised that his employee, [REDACTED], was on the property when this occurred. The time stamp for the video was 0410 hours, but [WITNESS #1] advised that the time is an hour behind on the system. I recorded the video and uploaded it to Axon Capture. I also sent [WITNESS #1] an Axon Link.

Extra Patrol was requested.

[WITNESS #1] also advised that the same subject was on the property last Friday around the same time (8/22/2025).

[WITNESS #1] received a CRN card.
