On August 18, 2025, at approximately 1538 hrs, I, Officer Delaforce and Cpl. Pierre, were dispatched to [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] San Anton Dr, in the City of Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, in regards to suspicious activity indicating possible domestic violence.

Upon arrival, we met with the complainants, Ms. [WITNESS #1] and Ms. [WITNESS #2]. The complainants are room mates and friends and stated that they were calling about what they believed was ongoing domestic violence committed by the suspect, Mr. Saidajan Denarkhail, who is a former boyfriend of Ms. [WITNESS #2] and business partner of Ms. [WITNESS #1].

They stated that the suspect had a history of violence towards Ms. [WITNESS #2], which was documented by a previous report (CRN 221021077) and that he was residing with his wife and several children at [11500 BLOCK] Largo Dr., and possibly abusing his daughter or daughters.

A recording on cell phone was then played for us by Ms. [WITNESS #1], which was an individual crying and asking for help and that “he was hurting her” and “killing”. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that this call was received by her within the last twenty minutes and the person being hurt was the 19 year old daughter of the suspect.

At this point, Cpl. Pierre and I relocated to the [11500 BLOCK] Largo Dr residence. Officer McBride also arrived and as we were not able to hear anything from outside the residence, we approached the front door. Cpl. Pierre was able to see someone through the window next to the front door and motioned for them to open the door.

A young woman, later identified as [VICTIM #1], opened the door. We requested to see the family members and asked how everyone was doing. At this point, a woman with a young child in her arms, appeared behind Ms. [VICTIM #1] and made eye contact with me in a way that indicated help was needed and motioned with her free hand towards what we later learned was the back bedroom.

Once we entered the residence, there were several family members present. We asked to see the victim, Ms. [VICTIM #2], who was not present in the living area. We also asked to see the suspect, Mr. Denarkhail, who entered from the bathroom area and appeared to have injuries to his face. The suspect stated he was fine and Cpl. Pierre took him to the living room.

At this point, the victim came out from a back bedroom and had obviously been crying and appeared to have blood and contusions to different parts of her body and was visibly shaken and afraid. I took the victim back into the back bedroom and noticed there was a black with gold firearm partially concealed under a pillow. I then attempted to question the victim, which she was not able to understand and was also being uncooperative. I asked her what language she spoke and was told Pashtu and I then called Language Line where I connected with a translator (ID number 32490).

The victim initially did not answer my questions and kept responding with “I don’t know” to questions such as ” what happened”, “what are your injuries”, “who hurt you”. The victim eventually started telling me that her father had beaten her, first with his hands, then with a belt, while out in the kitchen/living area and then proceeded to drag her by the hair through the house to the back bedroom where he started then beating her with clothes hangers, evidence of which was still strewn around the floor along with drops of red fluid and broken pieces of clothes hangers. There was also what appeared to be red fluid spatter on the inside of the bedroom door.

I asked her if she had hit him first and she stated that she did not. She stated that when he started beating her, she threw a glass at him when trying to get away from him but that this enraged him further. She stated that he hit her first.

The victim had injuries to her arms, torso, hands, feet and ankles that were visible and some under her clothing. I took photographs of her injuries and they have been uploaded to evidence. She eventually then told me that she was scared, intermittently crying, holding her head and neck, stating that she was in pain. She also stated that her father had done this, and that she was afraid of him. She stated that once he dragged her into the bedroom, he then took a gun and pointed it at her and asked her “Do you know what will happen if I pull this trigger?”

She stated repeatedly that she was scared and also that she was scared that her father would know that she told me what happened and that there would be repercussions. I had to convince her to be checked out by EMS and I was concerned that she had a possible head injury. I asked whether she had been strangled, which she denied.

EMS arrived and examined her and expressed their concern that she needed to be transported to Memorial.

I contacted Sgt. Mitchell to update him on the situation and he contacted DV detectives. He informed me that Detective Aiken was in route.

While waiting for detectives, the victim stated that a few days ago her father had touched, possibly squeezed, her breasts while she was in the bathroom. She also stated that he had done this a few times since 2020.

I asked whether the suspect had penetrated her with his hands or p*nis and she denied it. I asked how many other times the suspect had beaten her in the past and she stated 5-6 times.

Throughout all this, I reassured the victim several times that we were here to help and that her father would not be able to hurt her any further today. The victim continued to act like she was afraid of her father coming into the bedroom, finding out that she told me what happened to her and that she would suffer further repercussions.

Once EMS transported her to Memorial Hospital, I then joined Cpl. Pierre in keeping the suspect contained in the living room area, where he was sitting down. At no point did I observe hostility from the suspect- he appeared calm and quiet the whole time we were there. He also stated that he did not need to go to the hospital when asked.

I also questioned the mother, Ms. [VICTIM #3] along with her daughter [VICTIM #1], outside, away from the suspect.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] was able to translate for me. Ms. [VICTIM #3] stated that her husband had beaten her throughout their marriage repeatedly, as well. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that her father had hit her in the past but only when the did something wrong, indicating that it was disciplinary rather than violent. Ms. [VICTIM #3] again indicated with her hand movement and facial expression that he was a “bad husband”.

I placed the suspect in handcuffs, which were double-locked and checked for fit and then put the suspect into the back of my patrol vehicle. The suspect was calm and cooperative throughout this process.

Cpl. Pierre had secured the handgun, serial number DRY-L001273, which was logged into evidence.

Delta Watch then arrived and took over transport of the suspect to CCDC.
