[NARRATIVE #1 on October 14, 2025]

On 10/14/2025, I, Ofc. M. Johnston, was on uniformed patrol when I was dispatched to a 911 Hangup, later determined to be a Domestic, at 122 S Godley Station Blvd (Springwood Suites) Room [REDACTED] at 1719 hours. Caller advised he needed police. He later advised he was attacked by his girlfriend.

Upon my arrival at 1720 hours, I observed a black male wearing a black hoodie with the words “Georgia” in white waving his arms at me. He came up to me and began to rapidly tell me something about his girlfriend.

He stated “This is some real good domestic things. I’ve recorded everythin”.

I advised him to take a breath.

He stated “I can’t man. Look at the back of my leg”.

I asked him his name and he advised, [VICTIM #1]. He was the caller. I saw what appeared to be red fluid on the back of his left calf. He also had what appeared to be scratches on the back of his right and left calf.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] had video of the incident he showed me on his phone.

He stated “We don’t even need to talk. You can see everything. I’ve been in the bathroom trying to fight for my god damn life. She tried to stab me. All types of stuff”.

He then skipped around on the video and stated “She locked me out of the bathroom”.

On the video he was walking into the room when it was barred from opening. On the video he stated “Aw come on man.”

He then stated “Hold on, let me get the new video. Where I was literally in the bathroom where everything disrupted. She threw everything, I mean everything. She threw glass at my legs. I want her gone. You can see I ain’t touched her. I’m panicking.”

I advised him to calm down as the police were here. He then skipped through the video.

He stated “I’ve been having to record everything… Here’s everything when everything started to transpire. She threw my phone into the hallway. All I did was put it inside the thing. I don’t go over there or say anything. I never bother her.”

He then skipped through the video again.

He stated “Hold on. Wait a sec. She figurin’ she’s gonna come. She’s in the room smoking a damn black while she’s pregnant with our child.”

On the video, dated for today around 1517 hours, Mr. [VICTIM #1] walks into room [REDACTED]. There is some white in color dirt on the floor of the entry way. He walks into the room where on the left are the beds. On the first bed is a light skinned black woman wearing a pink in color bonnet and a black hoodie. She was smoking what appeared to be a cigarette. He then walks into the bathroom. The camera is facing the toilet when the camera jerks forwards. Mr. [VICTIM #1] states on the video “Bro what the f*ck is your issue. Leave me alone”. The camera is angled downward but you see a pair of feet by the door and move away from the door.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated “There she go. She tried to stab me right there.

The video continued again from when Mr. [VICTIM #1] walks into the bathroom, the jerk forward and the look back at the door. In the video he states “What the f*ck this sh*t too. I didn’t bother you or nothin'” The camera is then set down where it views the door. Mr. [VICTIM #1] takes some toilet paper and begins wiping down the counter.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated “I had to prop the phone up because she came back in to hit me again. She started throwing peroxide on my clothes, everything.”

In the video the same female comes in with a brown bottle in her hand. She jerks the bottle towards Mr. [VICTIM #1] and a clear liquid comes out. The bottle was in her right hand and what appeared to be a pair of black handled scissors in her left hand. She then throws the bottle at Mr. [VICTIM #1] and the camera is knocked over. You can hear Mr. [VICTIM #1] yelling “Stop”.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated “See, the scissors are in her god damn hand.

You then see a jerking view of the female coming in and jabbing at Mr. [VICTIM #1] with her right hand with the scissors. Mr. [VICTIM #1] yells “Bro Stop” again followed by “What the f*ck is you issue. Get out.” The last part of his words were mumbled in the video but I did hear “sh*t” stated again.

The female is back at the door and comes back in at Mr. [VICTIM #1] where you see her swing her hands at him. Mr. [VICTIM #1] states “Move bro move”. It is unclear if the scissors were still in her hands at that moment in the video. Mr. [VICTIM #1] states in the video “Get out bro. I ain’t doing sh*t to you”. The female is standing in the hallway outside the bathroom door.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated “[REDACTED]. She should be right in there. If she not then she tried to run out.”

The video continues with Mr. [VICTIM #1] stating in the video “Get out bro. I’m not doing sh*t to you. The f*ck you don’t get about that”. The female swings a broom handle at Mr. [VICTIM #1].

Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated “Then she tried to beat me with a broom.”

When asked, Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated he did not EMS. He stated “I’m straight, I’m just wipe this off and get a band aid.”

Mr. [VICTIM #1] speed the video up, but you can see Mr. [VICTIM #1] and the female pulling on opposite ends of the broom. He then resumed where the female lets go of the broom and grabs something from the area outside the bathroom. You see her toss it and hear glass shatter.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that “That is my girlfriend, was my girlfriend.”

He did state the female and him live together.

I advised Mr. [VICTIM #1] to sit by another officer’s vehicle while we went into the hotel to speak to the female party.

We went to room [REDACTED]. There was white dirt on the floor outside the door. When I listened, I could not hear anything in the room. I knocked and the same female from the video came to the door. I asked her to step out of the hotel where I advised her, she was under arrest for Agg. Assault domestic Violence. When asked she gave me her name as Summer Tuson with a date of birth of [REDACTED]. She stated she was pregnant and was due in a month. I advised her we had the video of her assaulting Mr. [VICTIM #1]. She laughed at that I then asked her why we were there.

She stated “So we both have an argument”. For one. We’ve been having altercations. And I had called officer last month because of the same thing that keeps reoccurring. I’m not the only one doing things. He does stuff to me and I do it in defense”.

I asked her if she had a case report for the call last month She stated she didn’t “The officer he had only given me his card”.

When asked where it would be she stated “It should be in the thing”. I asked what thing. She stated “In whatever he put down. I don’t have the domestic paper”. I asked if she had any paperwork. She stated “He” she gestured down the hallway “…threw it away”.

I asked if she knew the officer’s name. She stated “I wanna say his name is Williams I believe”

When asked when it happened she stated “That happened last month. We even had an altercation last night Where I was trying to leave to get air. And he was choking me and everything. We had, I don’t even know who, but he had said someone with a beard knocked on the door to see if I was ok.”

I then took my light and examined Ms. Tuson’s neck. There did appear to be a discolored mark on the right side of her neck. It was small and possibly could have been a yellowed old bruise. I then examined her eye and I did not see any redness or burst blood vessels in her eyes.

I asked if this was a repeat issue. She stated “This has been a repeat issue since I found out I was even pregnant he’s been put his hands on me. I told my mother and call her about everything, but this is the only living situation I have at the moment.”

She advised her Identification was in the room but was a paper one. I then obtained her name and date of birth. She stated she did not have a phone number. She did state that room [REDACTED] was her place of residence.

When asked if she contact police about last night she stated “No. I was trying to go get fresh air. It was late, really late at night… Every time I go to grab the phone he takes it away from me cuz I’ve called before like I said. And he don’t want me to get him arrested.”

I stepped away to contact my supervisor as another officer spoke with Ms. Tuson.

I advised my supervisor of what we had. He confirmed she would be charged with Agg. Assault domestic violence. I advised her that if she wanted to swear out warrants for him strangling her she could do that. I lacked sufficient evidence to arrest him for that charge.

She stated “I don’t have a report because every time I try to call the police he takes the phone when he tries to”.

I advised her she could go to the lobby and call the police. She stated “I try to but he don’t want me to leave the room. I tried to get out the room last night.”

I then placed her in double locked hand cuffs in the front due to her being pregnant. I escorted her down the elevator to my vehicle. She was advised not to say anything to Mr. [VICTIM #1] and that we would advise Mr. [VICTIM #1] of the same thing. She was placed in the back of my vehicle without incident.

When I went to speak to Mr. [VICTIM #1], officers advised me the first thing he told them is that he did not hit [MS.] Tuson.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] gave me his Driver’s License. I asked him if they’ve been having issues.

He stated “Man, all the stuff has been small, but this all escalated since last night. All the main thing like a little attitude we work through. You know together. We sleep together at night. It’s different. It’s different. Like last night she had a really depressed panic attack.”

I had to pause him as a plane was overhead, and I couldn’t hear him well.

He continued “Like last night, we vibing. We chillin. She had found out then that he job had like be letting her go cuz she got a warrant in Delaware.” “She had an attitude about it and carried that attitude all day. We chillin for a second then she start flippin out of no where. And I calmed her down.”

He advised she had taken a bath and came back to rest with him on the bed. When he went to move his arm “She stated flippin and I told her chill chill chill and she started having a fu*king panic attack.” He then stated they laid back in bed and went to sleep.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] advised they had an issue previously where they were arguing in the lobby in reference to some photos on Mr. [VICTIM #1]’ phone that Ms. Tuson had seen. “You know, you’re a male. We look at b*tches but I told her I ain’t cheatin. She started having a fuss and dialed 911”

I asked if she had a phone and Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated no. I asked if he or she had put hands on each other before. He stated no and added “I’m thinkin this all because of pregnancy hormones.”

I asked if she had any medical issues and he stated the panic attacks and that “She’s supposed to be takin medicine cuz she got depression and bipolarism or some sit like that.”

He then advised she had no where else to go and her family lives in Delaware.

I advised Mr. [VICTIM #1] that they should separate after this incident. He should get a new room. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated he was only worried about the baby. He was advised by other officers in regards to the child’s birth and Child Protective Services in this matter. I issued Mr. [VICTIM #1] a Domestic Violence Help Card with the case report number. He was advised not to contact Ms. Tuson and that she will have a bond agreement not to contact him.

I then transported Ms. Tuson to Pooler City Hall where she was transferred to another officer for transport. There were no incidents during the transport.

CID was notified.

[NARRATIVE #2 on October 14, 2025]

On 10/14/25, this supplemental report was created in reference to CRN 251014065. Listed below is my involvement in this matter.

On 10/14/25, I was dispatched to 122 S Godley Station Blvd, RM [REDACTED] in reference to a possible domestic dispute.

Upon My Arrival
I would observe Ofc. Johnston speaking with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] was showing Ofc. Johnston, a video of what happened today.

While Ofc. Johnston was reviewing the footage; I would observe that [VICTIM #1]’ calf had active bleeding from it. It was advised that it was from where Tucson threw a glass cup at him.

[VICTIM #1] would refuse EMS, after Ofc. Johnston would complete watching the video footage [VICTIM #1] was advised to wait near the patrol vehicle.

We would then go to room [REDACTED]. Before walking up, [VICTIM #1] would state Tucson was pregnant.

Arrival at RM [REDACTED]
Tucson would open the door and exit the room, Ofc. Johnston determined Tucson was the primary aggressor in this matter and would place Tucson under arrest. Tucson would be escorted to Ofc. Johnston’s vehicle.

While Ofc. Johnston finished speaking with Tucson. I would go upstairs with [VICTIM #1] to observe the possible damage to the room and locate the weapon (black handled scissors) used. I would observe the following inside the room.

Inside RM [REDACTED]
The room was in disarray, [VICTIM #1]’s clothes were on the floor with liquid of some sort on them. I would observe gummy fruit candy thrown around the floor. The floor would have a sticky feel to it as if something was thrown on the ground.

In the bathroom, I would observe there to be a gray glass mug shattered on the floor. [VICTIM #1] had a black tennis shoe in the sink; he would advise Tucson poured substances on it to attempt to ruin it. The bathroom door had a hole in it as if someone had punched it, he would advise Tucson did that at a prior time.

The room would have two beds, a piece of razor blade was located in the left bed inside the room. [VICTIM #1] would state that Tucson would use it for self-harm. He advised that he did not believe it to be that serious to contact 911 when she was actively cutting herself. I would be unable to locate the scissors Tucson used in this incident.

I would provide the information to Ofc. Johnston.
