On March 1st, 2026, at 02:45 hours, officers were dispatched to Hercules Bar & Grill located at 2500 Dean Forest Road, Garden City 31408, in reference to a bar fight.
The complainant, [WITNESS #1], advised there was a bar fight, and someone was one person on ground and needed medical.
I arrived on scene and observed a large crowd inside the bar with various people yelling. I made my presence known as I entered and people quickly began dispersing. As I walked further inside the building, a black female wearing black pants and black long sleeve walked past me stating she needed to leave, I advised the female not to leave.
Multiple people were directing me to a black male, sitting in a chair, who was unconscious, but breathing. The male was being held up in the chair by two bystanders. I rubbed the males sternum multiple times, but was unable to get a response.
I then advised to dispatch that the unconscious male needed Garden City Fire and EMS quickly.
Shortly after the male regained consciousness but was incoherent. The bystanders advised the males name was [VICTIM #1] and he attempted to intervene in the fight but fell and hit his head.
The male was identified as [VICTIM #1].
Garden City Fire Department and EMS arrived on scene and began assessing [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] was later transported by EMS to the hospital.
COMPLAINTANT: [WITNESS #1]
[WITNESS #1] advised that a woman in a green dress was sitting a few seats down from a woman in a black long sleeve and a male in a pink shirt. [WITNESS #1] stated that the female in the green dress was walking to the bathroom and slapped the male in the pink shirt, in his face. [WITNESS #1] stated when the woman in the green dress walked back to her seat, the female in the black long sleeve confronted her and the two began fighting. [WITNESS #1] further advised that [VICTIM #1] attempted to intervene, but fell and hit his head.
[WITNESS #1] advised she believed the woman in the black long sleeve name was [REDACTED] and the male In the pink shirt name was [VICTIM #2].
Officers attempted to locate the woman in the black long sleeve and male in the pink shirt, but were unable to make contact.
[WITNESS #1] advised she wanted the woman in the green dress trespassed from Hercules.
OFFENDER: Tiffany Jones
Officers made contact with the woman in the green dress, identified as Tiffany Jones. Jones was visibly intoxicated, with slurred speech, blood shot and watery eyes and poor balance. Jones was unable to provide a clear statement but advised to officers that a group of people tried jumping her and one hit her across the face, but that she did not hit anyone.
Jones further advised she met [VICTIM #1] at another bar and rode with him to Hercules with him.
Jones statement changed multiple times, when asked a second time bout the incident, specifically, about the woman in the black long sleeve and male in the pink shirt, Jones was unsure who they were. Jones advised she did not hit anyone and remembered walking to the bathroom and back and a someone got in her face yelling and stated “everything happened so fast”.
While officers were obtaining additional statements, Jones kept advising she wanted to leave and needed to go to the bathroom. Jones was advised multiple times she needed to wait and stay with officers. Jones then urinated, while standing, in front of officers.
