On 2/28/26, at approximately 1900 hours, I responded to 120 Fahm St in reference to a male Mr. Tommy Hopkins urinating in front of a building where he was told to not come back.
Upon arrival I spoke with Mr. [WITNESS #1] the reporting party who stated an officer came out to 120 Fahm St earlier that day and escorted Mr. Hopkins off property and advised him he wasn’t allowed back. Mr. Hopkins then proceeded to walk back onto the property and urinate on the wall.
I then spoke with Mr. Hopkins who stated he did not urinate or go back to that building he just wanted a ride back home and was asking Mr. [WITNESS #1] to drive him.
Mr. [WITNESS #1] showed me the video footage of Mr. Hopkins urinating on the wall. I uploaded the video to evidence.com.
I placed Mr. Hopkins in fit checked double locked handcuffs before he was searched incident to arrest.
Mr. Hopkins was placed in the back of my marked patrol vehicle, and transported to CCDC.
While at CCDC, Mr. Hopkins blood pressure was too high and I had to transport him to Memorial hospital to get medically cleared. Memorial Hospital gave Mr. Hopkins a couple rounds of medicine over a few hours which lowered his heart rate. Once Mr. Hopkins was medically cleared I transported him back to CCDC where he was booked and processed fir trespassing and indecent exposure.
[End of Narrative]
