On January 25th, at approximately 2120 hours, I responded to a hit-and-run at [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Arrowhead Ct.

Upon arrival, I spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #1] (Unit 2). She informed me that she was advised by a neighbor that Unit 1 vehicle, who lives at [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Arrowhead Ct, made a left hand turn onto Arrowhead Ct and while doing so made contact with the front right side of her parked vehicle, causing noticeable damage. She then told me she attempted to make contact with the owner of unit 1 at their residence, but the owner never came to the door.

I then went to make contact with the owner of Unit 1 at Arrowhead Ct. While approaching the front door of the residence I noticed the vehicle that was described to me as the hit and run vehicle. It did have a damaged front passenger tire and rim, which matched the area of contact on Unit 2.

I then made contact at the front door and spoke with Mr. Travis Little (unit 1). He advised me that he was unaware that he hit any vehicle and only thought he ran over an object. I then asked him for his Driver’s License. He went to his vehicle to grab it. While walking to his car I was able to smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from him directly, also once I was able to see his eye with light I did notice his eyes were very glossy.

I then asked him if he had anything to drink and he did advised me he had a beer while he was at the river before he came home. Due to how strong the odor was I asked him If he had anything to drink since he got home and he told me no.

Be advised it did take me approximately 20 minutes to arrive at the location, which means he had a drink approximately 30 minutes prior to me making contact with him.

After further investigation I found Unit 1 at fault for the hit and run. Unit 1 was then placed under arrest and placed in properly fitted double locked handcuffs. He was also charged with OCGA 40-6-391 DUI Less Safe, OCGA 40-6-123 Improper Turn, and OCGA 40-6-270 Hit and Run Leaving Scene of Accident.

Unit 1 was then transported to MMC to be cleared for CCDC. Once cleared he was transported to CCDC with no issues, and booked into CCDC.
