On above date and time I, Deputy A. Garmany #14 along with Cpl. Wilks #05 were dispatched to above location reference to a physical domestic between two males.

When I arrived on scene I met with the suspect later identified as Brian George in the driveway of the residence. The suspect stated that him and his friend, the victim, later identified as [VICTIM #1]. The suspect stated that the two had got into an argument about him staying there and that he went to go leave the property and the two started physically fighting because The victim wouldn’t let him leave.

I went into the residence to speak with the victim after I advised the Suspect to standby at my patrol vehicle.

I went inside and spoke with the victim who was laying in the bed of the master bedroom. I asked the victim what happen and he advised that him and the suspect worked together in south Georgia and advised he told him he could come stay with him on his property to help him get out of a jam and the suspect agreed to do so. The Victim advised that the suspect has only been staying there for approximately a week and stated that he doesn’t do anything but sleep.

The victim stated that he went out to advised the suspect to leave the property and advised that when he went into the outbuilding where the suspect was living at. The victim advised that he was sitting on the couch and the two got into a verbal argument and then the suspect walked over and basically body slammed him to the ground and believed he may have broke his left arm. I advised the victim to show me his left arm. The victim took his jacket off and rolled his shirt up passed his elbow and I observed the left arm of the victim was deformed and was obviously broken.

I then advised Cpl. Wilks to notify EMS for the victim and I went back outside and placed the suspect under arrest for Aggravated Battery. The Suspect was placed into handcuffs behind his back double locked and pat down with no other findings and placed in the back of my patrol vehicle and transported to the Chattooga County Detention without incident.
