On Wednesday the date of 03-11-2026 at the time of 1708 hours I, Cpl. Villagomez SO 06, was dispatched to a residence at [100 BLOCK] Williams Cemetery in regards to a physical fight / Domestic in progress.
Upon arrival I spoke with the reporting party Ms. [VICTIM #1], Ms. [WITNESS #1] and Mr. [WITNESS #2]. While speaking with Ms. [VICTIM #1] she reported that Ms. Ackery went onto her property without announcement and began to use profanities while carrying a stick. She reported that Ms. Ackery threatened to kill her chickens and dogs with the stick and also threatened her while swinging the stick. I spoke with Mr. [WITNESS #2] and Ms. [WITNESS #1] on scene and they reported that she has some mental issues and came onto Mr. [WITNESS #2]’s property with a stick.
I then relocated to the residence on [20 BLOCK] Williams Cemetery Road and spoke with Ms. Ackery and she stated that she went over there initially to purchase Marijuana. She reported that she was “jumped” by them. I inquired as to why her head was bleeding and she stated she fell and hit her head on the ground. Ms. Ackery went with E.M.S. for her head injury.
I then had Ms. [VICTIM #1] and Ms. [WITNESS #1] fill out witness statement forms due to them wanting to pursue charges on Ms. Ackery. Mr. [WITNESS #2] could not fill one out due to not knowing how to write. Warrants will be sought through the Magistrate Court for the arrest of Ms. Ackery charging her with Criminal trespass and Disorderly Conduct.
