On September 12th, 2025, at approximately 0903 hours, Corporal Wilks and I responded to Sequoia Motel (12384 Highway 27, Summerville, GA, 30747) in reference to a female yelling.

Upon arrival, I spoke with Felicia Kazlaskia, who told me that she has just been minding her business at her room. I noticed an odor of alcohol and asked her if she had been drinking, to which she advised me that she had put a “shooter” in her coffee this morning.

I then went to speak with the complainant [VICTIM #1] who informed me that Ms. Kazlaskia has been screaming and yelling profanities all morning since approximately 0130 hours. Ms. [VICTIM #1] then advised me that her [REDACTED BY AGENCY] juvenile daughter witnessed and heard everything that Ms. Kazlaskia had said. I spoke with the juvenile who informed me that Ms. Kazlaskia was cussing at Ms. [VICTIM #1] and threatened to fight Ms. [VICTIM #1].

I then placed Ms. Kazlaskia in handcuffs and transported her to the Chattooga County Jail with no further incident.

Handcuffs were double locked and checked for fit prior to transport.

Back seat check was conducted before and after transport.
